Burger King

I occasionally go on Wednesday after getting off from work for Whopper Wednesdays. Here lately I've been ordering something different like a 2 bacon cheeseburger combo for $4. The service is always great especially today. Brittany took my order in the drive thru and was clear and concise plus super friendly. Great service and food and thank you Brittany for your kindness.

We went in and there was a few employees standing in the front behind counter and they each turned and seen the two of us and literally turned and walked away and a girl comes out and never addressed us and just kept looking down at register and never said anything to us. We stood there a good three or four minutes and at that point realizing they obviously didn’t want to wait onus so we left. I work with the public daily and I can not imagine doing customers this way. Where is the supervision ??? Sad this is what customer service has came to !!! Needs management!!!

I just tried ordering food here and the guy at the window John is incompetent and does not know how to speak to people. I don’t care if you work at a drive-through or not just a little bit of customer service goes a long way. If you’re flipping burgers or the CEO of a restaurant should still be respectful to people. Go to any other fast food restaurant

The restaurant was not clean. I understand that some people have medical issues and so I can take that into consideration but given the cleanliness of all of the workers that I saw and the restaurant itself inside, I was afraid to order any type of food that was not sealed. I was very upset to see the level of nastiness that the employee's clothes were in, employees with open sores, not covered, making food, dirt on hands and fingers, grease and food smears on clothing and just the general state of the restaurant.

Came.to drive thru got whopper combo and double.whopper this employeee was very rude had come back thru get my drink which he did not give me so I ask for another drink for my bf lunch which I didn't have time stop no where else get drink well this employee told me. I had go back around thru line which I been though twice jus to get a drink he was very rude I will not return this burger king and I go burger King quit often but not this one ever again .very rude and not good customer service
