Sonic Drive-in

Went i Sonic tonight to grab dinner for my husband and i and our girls. The wait on our food was almost 30 minutes. Only to get the food and it be cold and absolutely disgusting. My onion rings were greasy and burnt to a crisp and black. Chicken tenders had tons of gristle and a hube black spot on one of them. My husband couldn't even eat his burger or tots they were so greasy and cold. Both girls kids meal was disgusting as well. To have waited that amount do time and receive food that bad is horrible! Extremely disappointed!

A year ago I left a 4 star review, I got my food quickly and there were no problems. Now, a year later, every time I go there is a ridiculously long wait, even when I use the app (which they have little plates everywhere telling you to skip the wait and use the app, if I'm trying to skip the wait, why is the wait tripled?) Every time I use the app, the kiosk shows that a person is on their way, then it shows as delivered and we have to wait another 20+ minutes for FAST food. Don't go to this sonic 🥴

Honestly it's an exhausting experience placing an order here. I ordered through the mobile app, two route 44 drinks NO ICE and two plain ice cream cups. Check into the stall, screen went through the order: received, in the kitchen, ready on the way. Over 20 minutes go by no contact from an employee. The lights get shut off & finally my order arrives at 10:56 & both drinks have ice in them ( there have been floaty chunks in the last few bags of ice ordered from this location which I didn't want in my drink for obvious reasons ) Employee had already walked away & so I left & have strained the ice from the drinks at home. This location has had chronic issues for a while, maybe Sonic should focus on offering a decent wage, a good working environment instead of their rebranding & opening on new locations?

The female manager is horrible and rude. The other female worker who was young here was very nice tho and apologized about the manager. Really bad management and I don’t understand how someone so rude became a manager. Fries were cold and asked for fries but half of it was tatter tots which I don’t like. But I made sure to pay my 50 cent including having to make two separate purchases with card for 25 cents because of the annoying manager.

Went to Sonic on the 16th of June around 9:30 pm. We ordered a eanut butter milkshake and a strawberry cheesecake milkshake on this half off milkshake evening. It took 30 minutes to get the milkshakes, mine turned out to just be a strawberry milkshake. Neither milkshake was blended. Both had a layer of ,his peanut butter, and mine strawberries then ice vanilla ice cream on top of that then whipped cream and a cherry. These were half price but they weren't even worth that. Imagine paying regular price which is around 14 dollar total for this and getting this to eat. Never eat at Chapman Sonic again. Dissatisfaction and disappointment.
