I have been using The Confectionista's Kitchen as my go to for all special occasions for two years now. This past weekend I had raspberry filled chocolate cupcakes decorated with leaves, white cake truffles, and an entire 8x8 of the pumpkin cheesecake bars. This was all supposed to be for my sister's bridal shower. I hid the cheesecake; it was too good to share. :) I LOVE this place. The items are always delicious and beautiful at the same time. I think they can make anything into a cake. I've had a quite a few interesting things made. They are always super friendly and very helpful with designing ideas. I can't say enough good things about this place. I am always impressed by the end result of an order. They exceed all my expectations. Oh, and when you go, get a couple of oatmeal cookies. 2, not 1. You will thank me. They are to die for.

We've visited Confectionista's Kitchen twice this year (whenever we're in town) and have been extremely happy with our purchases both times (once she made us a Peanut Butter Cup cake and once we purchased cupcakes). The service both times was very friendly, patient, and warm. The cakes were delicious and beautiful. Emily has such a talent for baking, I'm only sorry I don't live closer so I could visit more often.

I don't get to make it into east Tennessee to visit often enough, but before I head back to Los Angeles, I make sure to stop by Confectionista's Kitchen. We load up on cake pops, cupcakes, cookies and even treats for my pooch. Not a single drop disappoints. I'm not sure what Emily does to her chocolate cake, but it's magical. From the amazing designs with fondant, the whimsical cake accessories, the local crafts, the fun store decor, the craftsmanship and, of course, the amazing pastry, I love every bit of the Confectionista's Kitchen.

Emily at Confectionista's Kitchen is excellent. She has helped to cater my parties on several occasions. I have been pleased every time. She has catered everything from smaller get togethers to larger football parties. Everyone has always raved about how great the cupcakes, cakes, and cake pops have been. My personal favorite are the cheesecake cookie dough bars. These are a must try!

This is HANDS DOWN the best bakery that I have been to. I have and would recommend them to anyone. I have never had anything that was less than DELICIOUS! The cookie cake that I purchased for a friend's birthday, was twice as thick as any I have seen elsewhere and was the hit of the party! You truly can't make a better choice than The Confectionista's Kitchen!

If you've need a cake or cupcakes for any occasion, or just feel the tug of your sweet tooth, don't disappoint the tooth! Head to the baking experts at Confectionista's Kitchen on Chapman Highway. The sweet rolls running the place are creative geniuses when it comes to confectionary perfection. And the cake pops!! Did I mention the cake pops? Those are to die for. They are small bites of heaven on a stick and have been THE hit of more than one party and shower I have attended. Don't leave your important sweet treats to just anyone, especially the joe-schmoes at your neighborhood grocer. Impress your taste buds and the taste buds of those you love -- you'll be glad you visited Confectionista's Kitchen!

I did not do any cake tasting and I only spoke to them on the phone when ordering my wedding cake. Let me just say I was holding my breathe hoping that the cake would be fine. It was more than just fine I loved loved loved it. Our cake was red velvet with cream cheese frosting... the cake was so moist it was almost falling apart and the frosting was to die for. I recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to try their cakes. I had called to get some ideas yesterday to do a Minecraft cake and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I am not the expert on cake decorations so I gave suggestions of what could be on the cake.. "Steve or maybe a creeper.." She quickly responded well I don't know what those are.. You need to find out what you want on it and send a picture. We are by no means picky and was looking for some creativity on the bakers side of it. But oh well... we have decided to go elsewhere. The bakery I have decided to go to immediately stated a suggestion for the decorations without hesitation.
