Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Knocking off a star because when I walked there, there was a sign that they weren't taking cash. So naturally I walked all the way back to my hotel and decided to Grubhub it instead with a giftcard. The food arrived hot and I ordered the caniac combo. The lemonade tasted watered down, but the chicken was juicy and crispy and the toast was delicious.

I first tried Raising Cane's when I went to Las Vegas. I got the 6 finger meal with fries and slaw. Everything about it was perfect. The flavor of the food was spot on, the chicken was hot, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The fries were hot, fresh and salted just right. The slaw was surprisingly delicious, as I am not a huge fan of slaw (until now). The hot grilled piece of Texas toast, just tops it all off nicely. Do not forget the SAUCE! I got back home to Knoxville, and found out we had a Raising Cane's right up the road....I tried the food there, and got the EXACT same results. In conclusion, this is my new fast food place. It has it all, taste, quality, and service. 5 stars for sure.

Mediocre at best. If you've been to any other Raising Canes, you'll see why. Everything was ok. But just ok. The chicken tenders were soggy, which made them lose their signature light crispy crunch. The fries were ok, but the cole slaw had a wierd "stale" taste. The wait time was a bit long. They actually "lost" our order and asked for our receipt so it could be made. It's worth a try if you've never been, but I would recommend going to a better location to get the actual Raising Canes experience.

Consistently amazing. I'm a UT undergrad and I go here all the time, more times than I can count on my fingers and toes. Service is warm and welcoming every single time. Food tastes fresh and delicious every single time. Only got my order messed up once; they accidentally gave me an extra chicken finger. Legitimately my favorite place to get a bite to eat on campus.

Walked up to the counter and was called "white boy" by an employee I later found out was named Meisha and was told I was privileged and needed to learn my place all I did was ask about an item on the menu I was polite through the whole encounter but was treated like garbage I didn't order cause I was upset and felt like I was unwelcom all in all I will not be eating here anymore and will be filling a complaint with corporate about the way she spoke to me and several other people who have had similar experiences with this one employee
