How would anyone think that this potato would be acceptable? We spent $23 on two to-go meals. The food was not fresh and barely warm. After I ordered, I noticed that the floor was filthy. I guess I should have left at that point. Just overall disappointed with this experience. Will not be back.

Wife spent an hour in drive through, spent over $30 and gets home to a starving family that's just waiting to eat!
Opens the food and ever peice of the fish is covered in absolutely burnt to a black crisp little crunchy bit..
Why in the world would you all actually put this in a box and serve it to a customer?
This is completely unacceptable, we will be requesting a full refund and will not visit this location again..
:update: we finally get an email from customer service a month later and my wife goes to the store expecting a refund as that is what she was told to do. And manager refuses to give refund still.
We will be filling civil suit if this is not made right. I will at this point be filling a complaint with BBB first this Monday morning..
We do not want the food remade! And I sware I will send $10k taking you all to court just to prove a point if that us what it takes!

Still no refund, nov 1stWaisted over an hour, if your over 30mins in returning the food they can't refund you. which I got back in line.With all that half the order was missing all I got was burned up fish, as you can see I ordered alot more..They can not refund you.it has been 3 weeks I got a reply from a manager for a full refund. I get to the restaurant they want to remake me the order. I dont want the food I didn't want the first time🤨. I have had to send a bunch of personal info to a corporate web page. It's been three weeks, not days and one email back. I have called corporate the number given was invalid. When I Googled the actual number I was abel to leave messages. Still no other response than to my reviews.🤔 I have never had such a hard time just getting a refund in my life. When it was there mistake from the beginning I paid for my food and their 30 minimum refund window expired before I got to see the last window. I was patient even telling the cashier to tell the other customers behind me I was a crazy coupon lady to take some of the heat off. All I want is my refund and to never have to deal with this place again.I pity the workers because this isn't any way to run a restaurant.

The black and red haired girl with a lip piercing is very rude. I ordered a 10 piece meal and she repeated back a 10 piece meal then I got a 2 piece meal and realized that was also on the receipt and I went back up and addressed the issue to her and she said in a very snippy high pitched tone well I heard 2 and I said it sounded like you said 10 piece when I asked you to repeat the total and ticket items and she talked while walking away from me then a manager refunded it and fixed the issue for me. (they said the refund would show up in a day or so so we will see) I also asked for a copy of both receipts and they could only give me the corrected one so hopefully they haven't jipped my money. Then we waited a half hour for the correct order and asked for lemons to squeeze on the fish which we waited another 5 minutes for.

This is by far the worst restaurant that I have ever been to.
The lobster roll sandwich looked nothing like the picture on the drive through window.
There are sandwich rolls for sandwiches, but the restaurant chose to use a bun that was smaller than a hotdog bun.
You could count the leaves of lettuce on each sandwich and there were so wilted, I removed them for fear of bacteria

We stop here every now and again and everytime we do the food is always been good. And the service has always been a good experience from either walking into the place or going thru the drive thru. Never had to wait long to receive our orders...

I used to really like this place a lot but it has went way down hill. I have now been there three times and they have got my order wrong each time, the last two times they just forgot some items which I let go no big deal. Today they completely got half my order right and the other half 100% wrong I don't understand how you could screw up so bad!!! And I have no idea if it's the back that screwing up or the front but either way it's ridiculous.
