This Krystal location is killing it! We stopped there 3 times in the last month and each time the service was fast, our food was hot and fresh and the Krystal burgers were steamed to perfection. It's been many years since Krystal's we're made with such quality, I will be back for another sackful soon!!!

Pulled into the drive through 1 hr and 15 minutes before they closed and was told "we can't take any orders have a good night." I wonder what corporate thinks about that? Plenty of time to smoke outside the door..... way to earn that $15/hr

Tried to go through drive through, sat for 10 minutes. Tried to go inside. No one came to take orders on the front line. I flagged someone down working in the back and asked if we could order. Was told no. No one was working the front counter. We could leave or sit in the Drive through that wasn't moving.

I've always loved the food especially the loaded fries. This particular one was slow at lunch and wasn't crowded at all. I'm sure there was an explanation perhaps not enough employees but was great other than that.

Great Krystal food and service, but restrooms were moderately soiled...but at least there was an open dining room with restroom access!
The Burger King competition didn't even offer that!?!

Waited 10 minutes for food when they weren't. The girl working the drive thru was either deaf or dumb. When ordering a combo and saying I want a number 2 how do you get a number 4 from that?

New crispy fries were covered with black specs that looked like pepper, but did not taste like pepper. I checked my food immediately and the Krystals were not hot. One had crispy, burnt onions on it. If you order in the drive thru, you are taking a chance.

Fast and fresh. Exactly what we ordered. Considering they were short staffed, they did exceptionally good on time management.
