Jeff crafts hand down the best subway sandwiches I’ve ever had. He is the only reason I started going back to subway. I go here at minimum twice a week, since I work next door. The store is very cleanly, and generally well stocked, however it is always understaffed. It has been getting busier and busier over the past couple months. Hopefully they can get some more help in to reduce the wait time.

Over the years, I've had many Subway cold cut trio sandwiches with extra mayonnaise. Today at this location, I ordered this same sandwich. Everything was on the bread that I wanted. When it came to the extra mayonnaise, he put a few beads on the sandwich. When I told him more mayonnaise he told me he would have to charge me extra and proceeded to complain that he was tired of losing money on these 5.99 coupon footlongs. I told him good luck with that happening left the sandwich sitting there and left. Told him to eat the sandwich. All the years I have ate at Subway this is the first time I had trouble getting my sandwich made like I wanted it. I know companies are hard up for help but this guy........that's past hard up for help

Food is fresh, lobby is clean, the two employees were doing there job, but not very talkive. But they need to be a posted sign we simply do not accept 50 or 100$ bills which therefore is very inconvenient. Like wow!!

Did an online order as they are close to the house for me. Was so terribly disappointed when I walked in to fine my food being made by a worker with no glove and no mask on.
Having dealt with trying to get a refund from the app before(store was closed on a holiday but open in the app) I just dealt with it.

Hit and miss on the staff. Tip to anyone working here: don't overload the sandwiches with meat too "help the customer". You're only making it so I can't taste the other ingredients I ordered. I love to cook at home myself and while I'm certainly not going to make it on Master Chef, I'm very well liked by everyone who's tried my cooking so please trust me when I say that ingredient ratios and portions are there for a reason!!

My mom and I went to get lunch at 1;30pm, we had ordered 2 sandwiches. No one was in front of us, it took the man 30 minutes to make the sandwiches! No conversation going on, he was trying to restop all his sauces because 1 was out. I had to ask him to please finish our sandwiches first. As they had already been heated, and were getting cold. Not a good experience!

This place, i do not know where to start and to let people know how unsatisfying this subway is. I only order from there if by chance I am running late and its down right mind boggling that all except for like 2 of them know how to read the receipt bc I order all my food besides the meat on the side due to me not being able to consume said food right away and let me tell you without fail everytime I order everything is on the sub so for the past couple months nothing but soggy subs I at first talk to them about it explaining the reason why I would like to have everything on the side then the second time I asked to talk to the manager manager apologized for the misunderstanding which I dont see how theres a misunderstanding when its written on the receipt the third time and btw this is recently in the past week and today again im considering calling corporate sorry for the rant if you really have to stop on lovell road subway I would highly considering going across the road to Burgerking its just hassle free
