NASTY!!! I spent 60.12 through door dash and the sesame chicken, 3 meals of it, was INEDIBLE! It was SO HARD we couldn't bite it on top of the 1 bite I did taste was NOT chicken! The rolls tasted spoiled too! The only thing eaten was the lo mein noodles and the egg drop soup. So UPSET!! NEVER AGAIN. I'll stick with Wok n Roll. Their food is ALWAYS good. And yes the fork is standing in the rice on its own!

An awful experience. This is the first time ordering from them and it will be the last. I ordered king pao chicken and it actually came quite fast. However, about halfway through the meal I pulled a long hair out of my mouth that was clearly not mine. I called them back and after being rude on the phone they were going to bring more however they wanted the old food back. I made sure to leave the hair in the box and got the new food. After about 8 minutes I get a call back from a lady who had cooked the food. She was incredibly rude and told me there was no hair and I was wrong. After an 8 minute conversation she finally said sorry and hung up. AWFUL customer service.

It was pretty regrettable. The price was high, shrimp and house lo mein was dry. We got chicken and broccoli with brown sauce and there was barely any on it. the egg rolls were weird not for me. Lastly we ordered crab rangoons and didn’t get sweet and sour sauce when we called back they said they were out we called back and asked to place a new order for sweet and sour chicken extra sauce they and suddenly they had it. I would probably pass if you’re on the fence.

I would just like to say first that their service can be dodgy. There are like three main employees and only one of them can do customer service. If that is what you care about, you may not have a good experience. However their food is very good and inexpensive, particularly for lunch. They have a bunch of odd dishes at the back of the menu I don't see many places and they are very interesting and good. Their pork dishes are my favorite, such as the twice cooked and the hot garlic, bit if you just like general tsos chicken they have that as well. Their tom yum goon soup and sum gum soup are both excellent as well.

One star is me being nice. Horrible service placed the order online was told please wait 50 min. And 1:10 goes by no food so we called. The lady said it would be 20 more minimum. I asked for the order to be comped for having to wait so long and asked why didn’t anyone call to say it would be late. The lady said we can’t refund the order but can give free appetizer next time. Well i won’t be ordering again so I don’t want a free app next time. After waiting 30 more minutes still no order the lady had refunded the order but they don’t give free food. Horrible business stay away
