Review Hooters - Knoxville

Courtney, my server did a great job: attentive, but not intrusive. The Western BBQ burger was excellent...more than I could devour! BUT, the waffle fries were well under serving temperature...barely 100⁰ I'd guess. I ate them anyway...nice and crunchy otherwise.

Went here and we were there when they opened. Half the food came out cold, and the restaurant was filthy for just opening. Plates came out soaking wet and the celery was disgusting. I get that these are not major things but when it all adds up it kills the experience. What type of kitchen worker is ok with sending out brown celery? Makes you wonder what else they overlook

They only thing that saved it from being a one star was Aubrey or server she was great my wife loved her. The food on the other hand was just not good. This was the first time we have eaten at a sit down restaurant since the beginning of the pandemic and Hooters had always been our favorite but I think we will try elsewhere. $40 for cold hard food

I called in a to go order today, and to my surprise, the call did not go to this location. It went to a call center of some sort & the person taking my order did not even work at this location...red flag #1. I don't know what corporate genius thought this would be a good idea, but it's not. I've worked in restaurants before doing To Go orders. The more people involved in the order, the more likely it will get messed up. As was evident in my experience today..... I get there to pick it up and the girl at the bar was a sweetheart. The bag was stapled shut, so I asked her if they had put the honey mustard in there. She was not the one who bagged the order, so she had to ask another girl if it was in there. The girl who put the order together(also very sweet), said it was not listed on the ticket, so it did not get put in there. They were talking amongst themselves and I could sense some tension. I asked what was wrong, and she told me that neither one of them wanted to ask the chef for it, because he yells a lot and is always in a bad mood when asked for something. She apologized & said she would have to ring up and charge me for a honey mustard for him to give them one..... Which came out to $1.09. Ridiculous... I did not want to put her in that situation, so I did not make a big deal out of it. Management needs to do something about this "chef" and his bad attitude if the girls are too scared to ask him for something that I should not have had to pay extra for. That's just petty. To make matters worse, when I opened the to go container, the sandwich was not the one I had ordered, and it was the sloppiest sandwich I've ever seen. The girls are the only thing keeping this restaurant alive and they are struggling. Maybe get a better chef in there who isn't petty and a jerk.

Went here on a Sunday evening. We ordered our food and it was around 45 minute before it came out and not all of it came out at the same time. We have always had good service at Hooters before but not this time. After waiting so long, our server said they were short handed in the kitchen. This should be communicated before the order is taken to give the customers a choice if they want to wait or not. Very dissatisfied with this visit and probably will not go back, at least to the Kingston Pike location.

It has been a few years since eating at Hooters. 2 stars for the customer service only. We went there for lunch and I had the wings tossed in medium sauce. Around dinner time I decided not to eat because my stomach was upset. I didn't anything thing else and became extremely sick to my stomach by the end of the evening through the next morning.

Awesome!!! We went to celebrate our son's birthday and they did a hokey pokey dance for him to our delight and his embarrassment! Our personal waitress was amazing and attentive throughout our dining experience! Terrific job!

First time to this Hooters. Myself and a young lady who arrived about 5 minutes after me waited 5-10 mins before a hostess showed up and took our names, both parties of 1. We waited another 15 to 20 minutes what another customer arrived, also a party of 1, and was seated only a few minutes later. Hostess never looked at the wait list not at who was waiting. Luckily space at the bar became available and both of us headed to the bar. I ordered wings and curly fries. Wings were over sauced and the fries tasted stale and soggy. Not a good memory of the food at this location. Sincerely Bill
