There was ONE employee at the store that worked the drive thru, cooked the food bagged the food, worked the counter and asked customers to pull to the front to wait for their order. I waited a little over 15 mins then went inside, she was bagging my food at the time and rushing to bring out the order. Poor lady!!! Loved her determination but hated that she was alone.

Hardee's is great at 1 thing and that is breakfast. Any other time of day you are more than likely to receive cold food as well as subpar service. The order take seemed to be new and unfamiliar with the menu and register. He was friendly. The order was wrong, and the food was cold. I will not be returning to this Hardee's again.

I would give this a o star if possible. We waited 30 mins then I went up to counter to request refund which no one came to register they were in back making food. No one apologized manager was in back didn't even come to apologize. I've been in food service a long time I would never treat customers this way. The restaurant wasn't even busy nor was deive-thru. I realize we have a labor shortage but like one long waiting customer beside us said if your so shorthanded it's time to close your doors.. Also by the cash register in any restaurant they are required to post they're score 100 being best. This Hardee's had a 90 not to good. Anyway you can Google the store and enter score and they tell you details of the score.

I came thru the drive thru I typically don’t pick Hardee’s since there’s such a wait but “ the food is made right there and then”. I had such a complicated Order. Burger; no lettuce no pickle no onion.
I wanted it on the side. The order ended up coming out right and I had no issue. She handled me very well. What she did do is handle the customer well… IDK WHY HARDEES JUST DOESN’T SHUT DOWN. I worked and to have 1 employees working drive thru, front, dropping fries. I worked at Miss. Tressa’s store and terrible may I say I moved on to health care. This work isn’t easy to know your customer is waiting and waiting and your dealing with more pressure at work than you will at home. SHES NOT ONLY YOUR PRIZE WORKER but owners should step in and understand why there labor is high and customer count so low after lunch. Your a beautiful bright young lady and don’t forget your life is worth more by the hour. Not just American dream when your working and not living it.

Has the worst drive through ever! They make you wait 10 minutes just to order at the speaker without a greeting and act like they’re mad when they’re taking yourMONEY! Absolutely will never be back that location is truly a dumpster fire

Working in area from out of town arrived at location at 11:45 didn’t receive my food until 12:15. Workers were to busy flirting and smacking each other around. Didn’t even know what orders were for what customers. All around just a joke of a fast food restaurant.DON’T EAT HERE!!!

The food seems good and the staff is nice but there is always be a long wait even if there is no one else in line. Sometimes the fries aren't the best

I ordered a simple combo from them on Uber eats our driver was amazing but he said the staff at this restaurant was very unprofessional with him and they left out half our order and the other half was done wrong I would not recommend eating here to anyone
