I have never gotten a bad meal here. The service is always good. The staff is always friendly and eager to serve the customers. They go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. Will definitely eat at this Hardees again.

I tried 2 order a ham and cheese they were out, I tried 2 order a burger but they were out of tomato. So nothing ordered from there. I went back the very next night and 2 my surprise I ordered the exact 2 things and they told me the exact same things no tomato and out of ham. So I just got a burger without tomato and after a long wait with me being the only 1 there I get my burger and go home. I open it 2 eat and it looked over cooked and was looking like a piece of leather. I'm wanting 2 know y my wait was so long for food my dog wouldn't even eat.

Everything was pretty good. Lobby/drink machines are pretty clean. The gentleman who rang us up was polite and got the biggest smile when we let him know how good of a job he had done.. But the reason it's a 4 star and not 5. Is because there was a bit of trash on the kitchen floor and as I was leaving with my family staff was getting a little rowdy. I hear some cussing form the kitchen.

Out of tenders, so requested a chicken sandwich. Ended up with a Frisco Burger instead. First 2 on list were correct and my wife decided she would have liked a burger instead of chicken sandwich that I ordered. No harm, no foul.

Well the wait time seems to be too long. When I pulled in there was 3 cars in the line. 10 minutes later, I finally got to order. I ordered 5 pc chicken and a medium diet coke.After waiting 8 minutes, I was able to pull up. When I got to the window another 5 minutes my chicken was not ready so I got my coke I then waited another 13 minutes for my chicken. This is too long for food to be prepared. I know everyone has signs hiring. But lets teach employees to have a little energy and get orders prepared faster. If I had been home, I could have cooked the chicken faster like within 10 to 12 minutes. I will not stop again at this Hardees on Clinton Highway Sorry but fast food needs to teach employees better work ethics

Worst biscuit I've ever had.
We dined inside, waited 20+ minutes for our order (2 biscuits, 1 hashround)
And it was so cold and had we couldn't bite it. Took back to counter and they got very upset and angry and said it was because they were short staffed. Asked us to come back another day and they'd give us food free. Then asked everyone inside to leave and locked doors. Very insulted and believe me I've told people not to go there. I hope they get themselves some help and get it together because they were my favorite Hardee's before.

This location should be closed until fixed or staffed. Waited at drivethru speaker for 22 minutes behind no other cars. The staff member said he was taking orders inside and at the drive thru - but there were only two cars in the parking lot. He finally took my order and I had to go through it three times. After the third he said he lost my order and he needed to restart the system…. When I pulled away, the car that ordered before me was still at the window and the car behind me ripped out.

My burger was good, as always. Fixed to order. My onion rings on this night were terrible! Instead of eating as soon as I got home, my food had to wate. The onion rings were so hard, I fed them to my dogs. I couldn't eat most of them. It was almost closing time when I went to the drive through but how hard is it to fix fresh onion rings? My 4☆ rating was for the burger only.
