Nice Panera located downtown, getting in and out of the parking lot can be difficult, and it's smaller than other locations.
I recommend the chicken soup!

Today was my first day trying Panera bread. My friend had given me a gift card because I had helped her with an art project. I ordered a custom salad with reduced fat balsamic vinaigrette and lots of greens. I also ordered the black bean soup because I'm a vegetarian. My sides included an apple and a sprouted grain bread roll. Even the plastic flatware was high quality. I'm 100% completely impressed by the quality of service and ingredients I have received. The man who delivered my food told me,"Good luck on your finals." and that meant so much to me.

I’m from Cincinnati visiting. As I’m still eating my meal I’m stopping to leave a review because this is the best Panera we have ever been to. The food is so much better than any of ours, so many more options, great staff. I dropped my baguette and they pretty much gave me a free loaf of bread for it. Give them all raises.

Real nice panera. Very peaceful. Great food, prices are high though and getting worse.

The short stumpy British guy was rude, customer service was horrible. There was some weird stuff in my soup but the tall light skin man made my experience so much better.

I have been coming to Panera every Wednesday afternoon for small group the past two semesters and it is always a vibe. On top of offering a nice gathering place to have a great lunch or dinner meetup, they serve 7/10 coffee, bagels, and other lunch type foods that are consistently good in my opinion.
The staff are always amiable and fairly attentive as well. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat or hang out on Cumberland Avenue (AKA the Strip).

Normally get the bakers dozen with no problem. This particular time I ordered, clerk proceeded to slice my bagels thru machine and bag my order. Another customer comes in and clerk stops bagging my order to take next customer’s order. The customer kept changing what she wanted so 10 minutes later I asked clerk could she just finish bagging my order before continuing on with new customer. So she calls manager (I think) to finish my order so 15 minutes later I’m out the door when it would have only taken about 5 min if she had just finished my order instead of stopping to take next order. Manager was pleasant. Offered complimentary cookie. Clerk also pleasant however just took too long trying to multi task instead of just finishing my order and telling new customer she would be with her shortly. IMO
