Both locations in the mall have slow service and a lot of inattentive employees. Today, the girl who was supposed to be at the register seriously took out her phone and walked away as soon as we got to the counter. Absolutely no explanation, no I'm sorry, one moment please. Nothing. Another girl was really, really loud and off-putting as she yucked it up with friends or relatives or whatever ACROSS THE COUNTER. Unprofessional and rude.

Auntie Anne's Pretzels has been one of my favorite treats that I would purchase every time we visit the mall.
My two sons’ and I would order the cinnamon and sugar hand rolled fresh baked pretzels.
Now that they are also serving cinnabons made fresh every day, we always order at least four cinnabons.
If you download the new Auntie Anne’s Pretzels app, you can earn great rewards on your next pretzel purchase

Very slow service. Cinnamon pretzel was dried out and hard. Threw most of it away after paying $7 for pretzel and drink.

I went to both in the mall more than an hour before they were supposed to close and was told by both they couldn't accommodate a dairy allergy because they were cleaning and the pretzels they had were all for the night. I understand wanting to get everything clean so you can leave on time but cleaning more than an hour before close? I've worked in the food
industry and that was never a thing anywhere I worked. You serve the customers until close.
Also. There is no reason to be rude

The young man named Jeffrey was the biggest delight this store has seen in a long time I’ve starting coming almost every day just because his service was so swift and amazing! He always makes my order fresh and makes sure that his customers are taken care of!

After standing in line for a cinnamon roll, I noticed the cashier was improperly wearing his mask under his chin while packaging the food and checking people out. I then noticed that one other employee was doing the same in the back, and the other two working in the back weren’t wearing their masks over their noses. I decided to step out of line and move on with my day.
Managers should be enforcing this simple rule, really in the food industry. Everyone can see you, including whoever the manager was, talking across the room, over all the food, to one another without a mask.

We go once a year (at least) for my birthday Cinnabon. We got the box to be able to share with family. That day we got them out after dinner and warmed up per instructions and they are as hard as rocks. I have never had them this bad before. Very disappointed. I knew we wouldn’t get a chance that day to go back to the mall and return the uneaten Cinnabons so I attempted to call numerous times and not once did they answer. I then attempted to contact their company website contacts and left a complaint. No return contact. Stop giving bad product to people that doesn’t represent company standards!

We were there December 6th during Covid 19 and the young man running the cash register had his mask under his chin the entire time .. This was when he is was filling drinks passing out orders . No respect for Knoxville’s high Covid numbers and safety of the customers . He also had his hands on his face rubbing his eyes . When we got to the front of the line we left with our order but dumped it in the trash. We love Anntie Anne’s pretzels but couldn’t believe the lack of health standard enforced .
