First I was not greeted by a host. I had to walk to the kitchen and ask if they could seat our party of 7. The hostess states yes, but we close at 9 We arrived about 830pm, spent 10 minutes finding the hostess. The place we were seated was full of food on the floor. No one cleaned. The waitress also reiterated that they closed at 9pm. We felt very rushed. Although the food was ok. We felt unwelcome throughout our dinner.

I’m surprised they felt comfortable serving this. I have never had a steak taste so bad. I can usually eat an over cooked steak. Even A1 couldn’t help it taste better.

Food was delicious. Tasty I would recommend it all the time my go to when in Fort Mitchell Kentucky. Pasta where do I begin amazing. The Blue Moon is my go to. The rolls I can't get enough of them.Prime rib is my dinner looks tasty. I can't wait to dig in I had a piece of it it was tasty I got it medium well. Yummy the drinks are on point mane I just don't want to leave.

Always delicious food and great service.When we don't want to cook and we want a good meal at a good price, we go to O'Charley's. . Courtney, our waitress over the last several months, always gives wonderful service with a smile, and could not be more accommodating. Plus, O'Charley's has stayed open during the pandemic without boosting prices. Their service to our Knoxville community is much appreciated.

It's O'Charley's, you've been there, right? They're everywhere, lol! This particular location was a bit slow when I got there around 1:30 pm. Staff was super friendly and I just plopped down at the bar, where I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the bartender on duty could actually make me an old fashioned, and a good one at that! I enjoyed two of them along with my chopped steak with onion strings and delicious brown gravy paired with bacon smashed potatoes, then I enjoyed a blue moon on draught, and I was very satisfied with my random Tuesday lunch, lol!

I'm from Illinois, just here on vacation. We were looking for anything authentic to Knoxville & stumbled across this place. Best chicken tenders I've ever had!!! Great food & Friendly service, our waitress Sherryl was awesome. Highly recommend.

Worst experience I have had at O'Charleys. Bathroom smelled like raw sewage. Waitress didn't greet us for 15 minutes after we sat down. Potatoes were luke warm and the Cajun pasta had no seasoning and 3 shreds of chicken. Would have told the waitress but she didn't come back to the table until we were ready to leave. Won't go back.
