I walked into the very clean store and there were at least 6 workers walking around. Only 1 took my order and then made my food. I didn't see this person wash their hands after touching the register.... While making my food, this worker went back and touched the register and cookies.... Again without washing hands... This is a health code violation and I threw away my food as soon as I walked out the door. I couldn't eat it knowing how many germs and stuff are on a register and the human hand...
Hopefully the future will be bright for this store!

6.9.22 PLEASE don't just toss pickle in containers They shouldn't touch for containers are in no way kept from possible germs of all kinds. 2nd time I've had to trash for just very gross

The store was clean and empty at about 11:00am. I ordered a turkey and ham sandwich. It was good. They have great soda selections.

This is by far the best location in knoxville! I drive an extra 10 minutes just for the amazing staff and food. Abby specifically has my order memorized and makes sure to greet me everytime I come in. I recently had a mess up which has never ever happened so it wasn’t a big deal and her and I believe his name was either Edison or Harrison if I heard right we’re so apologetic over such a small thing! Staff here is the BEST!

I order a kid's meal for my son to go and a fresh baked cookie.
The two men working during the lunch time, was really kind and sweet.
The lobby and the women's bathroom was fresh and clean.
This location has the best friendly atmosphere and services every time I visit

Went to Firehouse Subs on Western avenue. The staff was absolutely amazing. So friendly and kind and those are some of the best sandwiches that we have had in a long time. It was an absolute pleasure to have dinner there.
