As you can see by the ticket in the attached picture, I ordered the Steak and Gorgonzola salad without the Gorgonzola or the Red onions and asked for cucumbers and black olives instead. They were actually options that I was given while ordering online.

When asked which of their salad dressings were gluten free, the person in the kitchen that appeared to be the manager said “she should know what she is allowed and not allowed to have”. I do know what I am allowed to have and not have, but I do not know what their products have in it. This comment
What's not to love?! Great menu, Iced Tea, and the Choose-2 is the Best! I love the Reuben, and he orders the French Dip. And the Spuds are great too!
Management is not good. Employees are not working together. Nothing is ever completely right. Food seems thrown together. Prices too high for portion sizes. Very skimpy on meat. I will not be going to this restaurant for a long while. I use to go at least once a week. Maybe I will give them a chance
Overall not happy with my experience. We saw a sign on the door that said no chicken, but they also didn’t have salad or spuds. Literally what else are you supposed to eat here..? The atmosphere is weird and staff is not very friendly. I also got a sweet tea and it’s not the McCalisters sweet tea I
As usual, they are good are messing up order fulfillment, whether in-person or online. This bread is NOT ciabatta, in fact it's not even my order, but it's in the box with my sticker... Usually they leave out sides, forget bread bowls, or use the wrong bread. If there was a slightly further location
Took a long time to get my food and when it was ready I was not notified. The food was tasty and good quality. I was told that they were short staffed so maybe it would have been a different experience had there been all staff present.
This McAllisters has always been consistent in my experience. We always order to go and pick up in the drive through. Food is excellent. Love the sweet tea!
