Very clean and fresh food. "Dean" is very professional and courteous..More restaurants need to learn from this one! Fast or slow, food is food and customer service needs work these days. This is prob the best Krystal East of Mississippi! All the employees were great.

So I ordered from Uber. I ordered chic combo with tots and a large root beer. I also ordered 4 cheese Krystal’s and a large Reese’s shake. Uber Guy Johnathon somebody dropped it off. There wasn’t any tots and no shake. Now, I didn’t want to blame the driver at first chance, so I called Krystal’s to find out if it was made and given to him to bring me. No answer. Called three separate times at different times. Not back to back. Voicemail was full so I couldn’t leave a vm. I am very dissatisfied with Krystal’s. I only order when I’m craving bad food, but I won’t be going there anymore. No wonder so many closed. Also the picture posted is one of the chicks I ordered. The bun was dry and no sauce and no pickle. Good thing I have that at home.

Went last night at 11:46. The female at the drive through was rude and stated our vehicle couldn't get any Krystal's because the restaurant closed at 12 and it took longer than that to fix fresh Krystal's?! She stated we could only get chicks but I wondered how long that chicken had sat there since they were available. Very Rude staff that seemed to not care about polite customers just wanting their Krystal burgers. Went to Lenoir City and received excellent service and hot Krystal's.

Only the drive-thru is open. It was a long line but it wasn't too long of a wait. The food could have been a bit warmer.

The meal was fine, the service ok, the dining room was pretty gross. It seems like it’s a gamble on eating in at any fast food, even if dining in is open, you don’t feel like your welcome. My meal was delivered in a to go bag.

The burgers are always good, and I love the new fries. Although, Krystal’s has some of the rudest employees on the planet. I came in to order food, and the lady up front, (with the 2 lip rings) proceeds to argue with me over what burgers are plain and what aren’t. I asked if I could dine in, and she just gives me attitude. I always hate complaining. This lady made me so mad tho. Stay away from her.

If I could give 0 stars , I would. Visited this location on numerous occasions only to be sitting at the drive thru speaker for what seemed liked an eternity. Iknow atleast two times a team member never greeted me or took my order resulting in me driving off. One time I was told that they were closed when I arrived an hour well before closing time. Extremely poor customer service. Us as your customers should be taken care of . The lack thereof shows with the company filing bankruptcy. The building looks half dilapidated already. Train your employees better and update the building. I won’t be taking my business to Krystal’s anymore.

Just tried to go through the drivethru for dinner. (Not knowing they were already closed). A woman (I think the manager) came on the speaker and YELLED “CAN I HELP U!” We tried ordering and she YELLED back saying “NO!!!! WE AINT GOT ANY!” Me and my husband looked at each other like 🤔. We just pulled off! WHO talks to there customers like that!? We will NEVERRRRR come back to this Krystals because of her! I will drive 30 minutes away instead of going here again! And we eat there (at this location) probably 3 times a WEEK! Veryyyyy disappointed!
Update… just got the SAME respond back to me just like ALL the other customers have gotten, from the “owner”. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THOSE EMPLOYEES at this location!! You can go months back and the people/customers have said the same thing what I said. The customer service at this Krystals has gotten terrible and it’s the worst fast food place of customer service that’s around Knox County right now! You guys used to have very good staff that worked there up until two years ago, then when you guys lost them it looks like anyone has been hired?! That woman was so entirely rude to me and my family instead of just saying “we are closed” no! She YELLED in the speaker saying “we ain’t got none!” Who talks to customers like that?! If you guys don’t want to keep losing your customer base at this location you are going to have to do a new rehire for most people! 🤷🏼♀️
