I wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst experience as a diner that I have ever had. The company uses a 3rd party company to handle online orders, and this company did not update their holiday hours. I placed an order, paid, and received a pickup time. I drove 25 minutes to pickup my pizza, and they were closed. I then had to feed my guests fast food because everyone was hungry and there was no time to place a lengthy order elsewhere. When I finally spoke to the manager, and then the owner, they were very rude to me and offered nothing except to cancel the transaction by the following Monday. The owner eventually took the phone and told me he didn't have time for this discussion, offered me 10% off. I said 10% didn't even cover the gas to get down there, and he hung up on me. I called back, and he eventually upped his offer to 25%, but still insisted that I had to drive back down and pay, instead of just comping the meal to maintain good customer relations. Maybe to some, this isn't out of line, but to fail to comp a meal to account for embarrassing a loyal customer by accepting orders while CLOSED is beyond me. If it was just a manager that handled this issue in this way, I'd remain a patron, but for the owner to talk to me with this poor of a grasp on customer service, I can't in good conscience eat here anymore. I certainly did not expect to be yelled at by the owner when trying to voice my complaint.

I ordered a pizza while visiting Knoxville. was a let down really greasy, made the pizza real soggy. Tried dinning in few months later and the food was bland and over priced. service was a complete letdown and there was only 2 other tables in the restaurant. which should of been a red flag during lunch time. I`ll stick to dominos next time.

This was our first time there. Was concerned due to the mixed reviews but we had a Lifestyle card so thought we’d give it a shot. Ordered a Sicilian pizza and a Calzone. Pizza HUGE and VERY good. Just packed up the calzone. Dinner tomorrow I think. Our server was Hillary. Excellent!!! Friendly, attentive. Just what you’d hope for. Dinner took about 20-25 minutes to come to table. What you’d expect. No disappointment tonight. Will return. Probably with more people next time.

DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! I had three Yuengling draft beers with our pizza that were listed on the menu as $3.50 per bottle. When the bill came, they charged $6.00 per small draft saying it was an IPA. I complained to the owner and she said they didn't have bottles and just walked away. I refused to pay $18 for three small domestic draft beers and just sat there. Finally the waitress (Hillary), who was very nice, went back to the owner who took off one beer. It was still more than it should have been but I just wanted to get out of there before I caused a scene. The owner was very rude. Used to like this place but will never go back.

Absolutely unacceptable. We ordered four pizzas for pick up for my son’s bday and they only had 3. Was told they would make the 4th for us in 10 min. So then over 20 minutes later we finally get it, then the employee questioned my husband when he asked if we would be reimbursed or compensated in any way. So not only was the staff and service unacceptable, but also now the pizzas are late for my son’s party and our guests were left waiting. Thanks so much for an awful experience and for literally not caring about your customers or customer experience.

Told us to go next door to a restaurant and steal a straw from them if we wanted one…. Ordered veal parmigiana and was told they didn’t have knives…. Veal was 80% gristle and my husband couldn’t cut it let alone chew it. Was told sorry, they had a new meat supplier. Was told a friend took her family, including her mother with dementia there for lunch. The mother has to eat finger foods. She is unable to use a knife and fork due to the dementia. They refused to allow her to order the kids chicken fingers for her….. that’s when we said we would never support this restaurant again and we were one of their biggest supporters in the past.
