Quick service and good drinks. Guy that took the order was great, but the lady making the drinks was rude and demeaning when I asked 2 questions. Totally uncalled for.

Great location (inside the Hilton) with plenty of seating. Parking isn't easy if you aren't staying at the hotel.

Great place to hold any type of event; especially volleyball.

Extremely convenient for those starting in the hotel. The cost is the same as my frequented location at home. The manager may want to communicate better with the hotel when large groups & conventions are coming to the hotel. They've run out of several bakery items the last 2 days which means they were not expecting a large crowd. Overall, a good location.

Kyle was amazing! It was impressive how she was able to handle orders, helping customers, and everything by herself. That person deserves praise and a raise! I'd give 10 starts if I could!

I went and ordered 3 drinks. Their system was not working properly so I was told. They kept telling me to scan my phone (8 X's) and they cleaned out my entire Starbucks card.. Over $30! I only found out until I went to a different Starbucks on Tuesday, because I went to pay and I had no money on my card. The bariesta at that Starbucks felt bad for me and gave me an upsize for free. Moral of the story is don't keep scanning you card!
