This has happened twice. The first time I let it go no big deal. However this time, was completely unacceptable. I ordered a bacon, egg, and Swiss croissant. He repeated the order back to me as I had ordered it. I received the wrong thing once again, it was sausage, very black burnt sausage. I do not like sausage it makes me sick sometimes to eat it so I choose not to. However I decided why not because I paid for it all and I live 40 minutes away from there and I couldn’t waste the gas to turn all the way around to get it fixed. So I decided to try it and not even a few bites in and there was eggshells. I almost threw up all in my car, I have never been so disgusted. This place was a favorite, I came here often after taking my husband to work. I can promise you I will NEVER be back again.

The food was fresh and good. It was nice to have someone taking my order that actually cared if I was getting what I wanted. I ended up being complicated and changing up my order but was completely taken care of. Here lately I do not get good food or good service at most restaurants but I did here . Thank you

Expect to wait 10+ minutes per car at the drive thru box, repeat your order three times, then get the wrong order- cold- when you pull up to the window after 50 total minutes of waiting. If you order inside, avoid the guy who wipes his nose on his hand while typing on the register, and doesn't know the difference between 'bacon' and 'bacon jam'. Maximum of three employees inside at any given time. Watery frosties. Chili without a lid, tipped over in the bottom of the bag. Yesterday's fries. Stale chicken nuggets. Never expect any sauce, ever. This place was great up until maybe a year ago, and tolerable until just a few months ago. At time of writing, the whole place is surrounded by "HELP WANTED" banners, which is apt because they clearly need it.
