I love this restaurant! The food is delicious, the service is fast and friendly and I always feel welcome when I'm there. I definitely recommend Pancho's to everyone!
Delicious food and great service! I've tried several of the more obscure dishes and I'm never disappointed.
Pancho’s is by far and away the best Mexican restaurant my wife and I have been to. We’ve tried many other, similar restaurants around the country and nothing compares to Pancho’s.
We first went to Pancho’s 10+ years ago while we were attending university, and they haven’t changed one bit. Everything on their menu is fantastic. I’ve never been disappointed.
Their cheese dip is perfect. Their chips and salsa are perfect (and bottomless 😉). We are big fans of the baked quesadillas and the chocolate chimichanga. Great value for money; sizable portions.
Every time we know we are even going to be remotely close to the greater Knoxville area, we try and make it a point to visit Pancho’s.

I can only speak for the vegetarian fare, but the food is very flavorful and prepared well. My carnivore wife loves it, too. We didn't have to wait very long for the food, either, and it came out hot and fresh. The servers are attentive and check on you regularly. We'll be visiting here regularly.
Drove past and decided to pull in with the family late. The staff was very kind and didn't turn us away even though we came in near closing time. The food quality was superb and reasonably priced ( Family of 5 on 90$ for a Saturday eyooo ).

Great selection of Mexican fare. Excellent Chili Relleno! Carna Asada is a good choice, has egg and cheese, served with potatoes, green peppers and onions. Friendly, attentive service. Very good prices.

We always enjoy the food and service but this time hubby got the ultimate burrito and it was the best he had eaten (he has eaten A LOT at A LOT or places.
Consistently, excellent food and customer service. My husband is very particular, having lived in Southern California for 9 years. This is always his first choice for date night.
