Panda Chinese Restaurant

I ordered the Sesame Chicken, one piece was completely pink, and then I found a huge sharp piece of bone in one piece of my chicken. Then, my four year old daughter ate the beef and broccoli, she said the beef tasted like fish (this kid eats sushi so she knows what fish taste like and she isn’t a picky eater at all so she wouldn’t just waste her food) She now has food poisoning from eating there, and has been throwing up all night/day and can’t stay out of the bathroom. I will be calling the health department as soon as they open. My poor child is pitiful from eating at this disgusting, sloppy restaurant.

Dirty. Horrible service. Still, bravely or stupidly, ate the food & it (food)gets +4 1/2 ⭐. So how did they end up w/2⭐? They lost -1⭐ for very rude service, lost -2 1/2⭐for dirty dinning area (didn't brave the bath rm, was scared). They gained +1⭐ because I didn't die of salmonella or any other type of food poisoning.=2⭐. Bon Appetit y'all 👌

RUDE!! I get people are tired after a long day but don’t bring that to work….I worked 2 jobs today and was trying to look at their menu online and my was acting up I guess and I thought I’d just call and ask what they had and she gave me an attitude!!!! I was about to order but changed my mind!!! I really wanted those donuts too haha but I went over to the fu house across the street and they the same thing I was gunna order!!!! Can’t wait to post a positive review for them cause they were really nice

I wanted to eat in, looked for any kind of sign that said take out only, and couldn't find so I decided to order. When I started to eat, the lady told me it's take out only. After she said that, I looked everywhere for a sign again, and I found a single sign with 1 inch tall letters that said take out only in an obscure spot. Now, I'll be eating cold food, if I'll even be able to eat at all. If you are not offering dine in, remove the tables from your restaurant like all the others, and make a sign that is prominent.

FIRST I HAD ORDERED 2 HOUSE SPECIALS NOT VERY BUSY AFTER 30 MINUTES OF WAITING I ASKED WHY ITS TAKING SO LONG. AND HOW MUCH LONGER SHE IN A NASTY ,HATEFUL TONE SAID WHEN ITS DONE I TELL YOU.15 MORE MINUTES GO BY SHE THEN ASKS WHAT I ORDERED AND TELLS ME OK 19. 58.IM LIKE I ALREADY PAYED YOU.ABOUT 10 MORE MINUTES WE GET THE FOOD AND LEAVE TO RUN INTO THE GUY AYFTER WE ORDERED WHO SHE GAVE THE FOOD TO.WE GET HOME AND SHRIMP ARE LIKE RUBBER ,RICE DRY AND HARD ,NO EGG ROLLS. WE CALL BACK N TOLD JUST COME BACKAND WE MAKE IT AGAIN,THEN AFTER WE GET THERE SHE WON'T MAKE IT TELLS ME NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH FOOD.SAD WE HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR 10 YEARS AND EVEN TOLD HERE THAT BUT THAT 19 IN CHAGE DINNER MEANT MORE THAN A LOYAL CUSTOMER.PANDA NO CLASS, VERY RUDE.BAD FOOD NO ISSUE WAS BAD DAY I GUESS CALLING ME A LIER NO GO NEVER AGAIN.HOPE TO SEE YOU UNDER A BRIDGE SOON

I'm only giving it a 2 star because the food I ordered was good. However the lady up front whom takes orders and handles the money transaction is very rude. She seems very unhappy . No smile no feeling just blah . Not customer service oriented at all. This is not my first rodeo there and I find that she seems to be this way all the time at least when I've dealt with her. She even seems rude over the phone as well. I guess she has her days. I know she has basically ran me away and I will go where my money is appreciated. There are other places in Knoxville that's better any way. And I can make that food myself even better than them and still have plenty to feed a party. She needs to change her attitude.
