Great homemade food. Very large menu. Staff was nice. Sorry but the bathroom was gross. Dining room was cute though. We got two sandwiches and slaw and chips and two sodas and our bill was $43. I would go back if I could spend half that on my lunch and if they completely redid the bathroom. Great place, hope they work out the little things to stay open.

Awesome spot for hotdogs, lots of hotdogs to pick. I got the Colombian which is a odd combo but was very tasty and delicious! Fries were very good and the beer selection they have is great and big. Would recommend to anyone to grab a quick bite to eat or get a great hotdog.

This is a really cute place to eat. I will definitely be recommending this place. Super friendly as soon as you walk in. The food is amazing! we took our 4 year daughter and I will say it is not a toddler friendly place. I would say under 8 should not go. Now they do have a kid hot dog but they don't have appropriate seating for a family and the music is widely unappropriate for kids.

Had a disappointing bbq dinner that we didn't finish and while wandering downtown back to our hotel we saw a sign for hotdogs and beer and stopped in. So glad we did! We just grabbed one hotdog to share while walking back to our hotel but it was really good and crazy fun toppings. We got the Curious Dog and it turned our night around. I would definitely try this place again if we revisit Knoxville. It's a small random shop and has a nice divey feel with hot dogs and sandwiches and beer. Again we only tried one hotdog but it made our night.

Stopping in Knoxville for a business trip with my team & we all absolutely lovvvved this place. Literally so tasty I cannot emphasize enough. Mainly though I loved the owners, this place would not be the place it is without them. This place had some of the best food you can get from Knoxville. Price was fair but the atmosphere was a little off. My first few time going was awesome and everything seemed smooth, I wanted to try the whole menu. But me and my family with kids had a bad experience awhile back. We went in to order the Colombian dog and the Thai style dog with a side of French fries for the kids to snack on. We like to eat outside because the restaurant is a bit small. Upon ordering the side of fries the cook in the back with long hair and glasses began to talk aggressively in a low tone about why are they ordering fries with chips. He seemed very mad and was banging utensils while making our meal. We did not mean to bother him at all and he was making my kids and wife nervous. The lady at the front was nice but the guy was off. I felt as if he did not want us there at all and because of that reason me and my family won’t be returning again. If you are not supposed to get something off the menu then take it off and we won’t order it.

Wow. Just happened to go to Nashville Pour. Was hungry so I went across the street to curious dog. I told the waitress to give me their best dog. And she gave me a Egyptian Dog. It was the best hot dog I have ever ate in my life. Wow. Awesome. I’m from out of town. Can’t explain how awesome their food it.

The Curious Dog hotdog is hands down the best hotdog I've ever had. I take my family and friends there when they come visit. It is definitely a crowd pleaser. I've been here a few times and haven't ever had to wait in line to order and the food is made fresh in just a few minutes. The fresh cut fries are a great addition to the meal. Not to mention, they have some yummy beers on tap too.

Hands down, the best hotdog I have ever had, and I'm 61 years old! It is superb! One dog is a meal! The Hawaiian dog was amazing. So was the traditional Curious dog! Fries were also excellent. I HIGHLY recommend it!

I can't believe I've not found this place till now but we've seen friends post about it on Facebook and decided to check out this Old City eatery. The owners were great helping us make our first ever choices of a wide range of hot dogs and sandwich choices. Fresh ingredients and each item on the menu seems to have it's own twist, food prepared right in front of you including fresh cut fries! Hands down one of the best sandwich places in Knoxville! My wife and I cannot wait to go back and try something else but I want another Tony Soprano sandwich!!!!

We love this place! It has a quirky decor that I enjoy; I see something new every time I'm in there. The food is creative and delish! We also love playing the old school arcade games while we wait for our food. Love this locally owned business and we patronize them as often as we can.

The menu wall is big, daunting, diverse and without photos. With that said, do not let it intimidate or stifle you. If all else fails, tell the man/woman behind the counter, "dealers choice!" I have utilized that approach the last 4 times we've visited and Matt hasnt disappointed me yet! We had a running joke before we actually visited that if we could ever get there before closing time for once, we knew we'd love it. We were right. CD has become part of the downtown experience for my group of friends and we all love the place. Excellent beer selection as well!
