The wife and I are out of towners and found this place on Google. Saw the 5 stars and decided to give it a shot. The place is fantastic. Customer service is beyond great. The owner is super friendly. I really hope he’s able to move out of the mall. He deserves better (as the mall is practically abandoned). He’ll get there though. He has the passion and clearly cares about the quality of the food as well. Everything is local including the produce and buns. The burgers are fresh and not frozen. Highly recommend!!!

Went into the mall here for the first time in a very long time to grab some new glasses and noticed The Burger Stop in the food court. Man this burger is fantastic! The bun is very fresh let as well as the patty. Plus the cook was friendly and hyped on his creations. For good reason too, it is a very tasty burger. I will be going back again.
Go right now and get a burger from this place. This place ruined other burger places for me. The burgers are huge and made right in front of you and I'm not talking slap it on the griddle and wait, this guy works hard and makes it right. I can't recommended them highly enough. They might be there only thing keeping Knoxville Center Mall alive.
Amazing food made to order with fresh ingredients, these burgers are AMAZING! Don't forget to get your generous portion of perfectly cooked steak fries, I like mine Cajun. Stick around for a good conversation with the owner as he makes your food, always personable and eager to customize to your liking.
I love this place!! The restaurant is run by a mom and son team, and they really set the bar for how to take care of customers. On my first visit the son explained how everything is made; the meat isn't frozen and the buns come from a local bakery. Everything is made fresh to order too, so you are getting food that hasn't been sitting around. Portions are generous for the price and the quality of the burger was very good.
I'd recommend going here to try it out, especially if you are in the mall!
Alright what can I say about this place but it is a must stop if you are anywhere near this place! The burgers are out of this world and the service is amazing! This guy should have his own shop and not be in the mall! He is an amazing cook and does everything fresh and right in front of you! I have to say his Cajun fries or f***ing great! There is nothing I can say bad about this place. Also talk to the owner he is a really down to earth guy and is very fun to talk to.
Absolutely the best burger I have had in 20 years. The owners make sure that your needs are met and that you have an exceptional Burger. They are inside the mall unfortunately the mall is dying a slow death but it does not change their customer service. The family runs it and does a great job I will always go there for a burger mushroom swiss is my favorite and they do an excellent job
I was born and raised in Australia. It took me my whole life and a lot of travelling to find a burger this good, and I've found it.
All locally sourced produce, and the only thing that was frozen was the chips, and they were cooked perfectly.
I can't recommend this place more. The owners are kind and great to chat too, the food is absolutely amazing, and the environment is fabulous.
I've never left a google review before but I had to for this place.
If you live in Tennessee or are visiting any of the bordering states, you NEED to come eat here, you won't regret it.
