As someone who is gluten free and dairy free it is SO nice to go to this bakery and not have to ask a bunch of questions. Everything is gluten free and beyond delicious! I’ve taken family and friends who do not have dietary restrictions and they have all loved it as much as I do. Highly recommend!

My dad has celiac, and I found this amazing place just before Father's Day this year. The desserts looked just incredible, and I could tell from the customers in there that they are frequent customers, as they knew exactly what they wanted to order. In addition to amazing bakery case and fresh items, they also have frozen meals for purchase. While everything is GF, everything is also clearly labeled dairy free, vegan, or whatever else. The staff were very helpful and kind, even though it was a very busy morning the day before Father's Day. I will definitely visit again!!
Went there for something to eat for breakfast and was not disappointed.
Was greeted almost immediately by Genevieve. Got a couple different scones and they offered to heat them up. They were delicious and I know their breakfast sandwiches on Saturdays are amazing as well! Will continue to keep coming back
Best gluten free bakery I have ever been to and I have been to many. I tried many of their products and everything tasted excellent like it was not gluten-free. The doughnuts; cinnamon roll; Texas cake; energy ball; etc all amazing.
Their baked goods are amazing! I live in PA, but found this place last year when visiting. We stopped in during the week and then on a Saturday. Make sure you get there on a Saturday for hot breakfast! I even saved my cinnamon roll for my roadtrip on Sunday. It warmed on the dash and was oh so delicious!!! I wish I had this bakery closer to home. 10 hours is a bit too far to drive😜
If you are looking for a bakery that is totally dedicated gluten free here it is in Knoxville, TN. I live in Chattanooga, TN and stumbled upon this place by pure accident but a good one. I can get gluten free back home but it's only certain days and the bakery has to shut down for deep cleanings which is still a risk. Here you don't have to worry about having any allergic reactions and everything is gluten free not just select items like most places.
If you live in the area or passing through I highly recommend stopping by just off of 140 hwy. You know I stocked up on biscuits, bread, sweet rolls, and pastries before heading home. 🤗
Also, shout out to the bakery for being the only totally gluten free facility i have found yet in my travels around the US.
The place was very clean, lots of options I never thought I would be able to get like biscuits, and friendly staff to assist. I felt like buying the store out. 🤷♂️
While in Knoxville on business, I found Benefit Your Life GF Bakery and Cafe completely by accident. Unfortunately, they were already closed for the day so I had to wait until the next morning to give it a try. It was completely worth the wait and I will be going back as often as I am able. As someone who is unable to eat gluten, I was amazed by the taste and texture of the many items I purchased. Anyone who has eaten most GF baked goods can tell you that the taste and texture is usually not that appealing. Not the case at BYL! The wildberry scones, vanilla pound cake, brownies, chocolate chip cookie and cinnamon bun were all top notch. Thank you so much for making GF baked goods so well!
