Had to ask for the extra fries. Got 2 large fries in the cups only. Only got about half of the normal amount even when asked where the extras were.
No Coke Zero and No Coke additive like cherry coke.
No ketchup in the dispenser only packets.
Usually this location would be 5 stars.

I used to love eating here, but the prices have gotten way too high, and they don't give large portions of fries like they used to. I spend $30 for 2 burgers and 2 regular fries, but the quality and quantity was definitely not worth the money.

The burger was good but a little soggy on one end of the bun . And the frys didn't have that crispy outside and baked potato center but were good. The one thing that stood out the most to me was the employees pre closing with a group of 9 guest waiting in lime to order

It wasn't as good as it used to be. Their prices have always been on the high side but they've jumped up even higher. I spent $16+ for a plain hot dog, regular fries and regular drink. I could have ate steak and baked potatoe at Texas Roadhouse for the price I paid here.

I love the five guys but todays experience was horrible at this location.
the guy at the front counter just did not care about his job or the customers and ignored a couple people after me. the place was nasty from the moment u walk in to the cooking area. there was a very long wait and no where to sit that was clean while we waited for our food. when we received our food... the bacon was barley cooked and the buns was soggy from the overkill of mayonnaise. we did not get the extra fries that five guys usually does. what also sucked for us is that this was the first time my girlfriend had ever been to five guys so on the way over I was telling her how awesome five guys was but it ended up being a bad experience for both of us so lets just say this put a really bad taste in our mouth and we wont be back.

I came to pick up two orders. Waited for 15 minutes to then be told they forgot to start one of them and just got a "sorry, I wasn't up here". The two other crew members knew there was an order. They were too worried about closing the store early than doing their job properly. They proceeded to lock the doors as I left, which was 12 minutes before they were supposed to. Would not recommend to anyone and don't appreciate their attitudes when they messed up.

, I LOVE 5 Guys. But this meal was dogscat from start to finish.
1 my daughter ordered hers with barbq, they wrote hot sauce, but it was okay because he put barbq on accidently.
2 Raw onions instead of grilled.
3 fries and burgers were cold because they never called our number. It wasn't busy, we could hear fine.
4 cold french fries were okay because we ordered a large and barely had enough to fill the cup.
5 ketchup container-empty.
The entire scene screamed, There's no manager on tonight!

The hamburgers and fries are consistently good. The prices have become expensive. It was over $18 for a burger, fries, and small drink.
