Great experience! The owner was hands on and making the pizza. Really nice to see someone that is bought into his establishment. Not only with his money, but with his hard work too! Certainly recommend.
I love Maddio's pizza and salads! My goal is to try every pizza they make at least once. I like that they offer something sweet on their menu. Their customer service is always a 10!
Maddio's Pizza has easily become our go to pizza place. Everything we've had there has been delicious, and they have the best soft bake chocolate chip cookies around!! Also, Maddio's frequently does events during the school year to raise money for a local elementary school, which I love to see local businesses doing!
Extremely fast!. I've never had a fresh pizza made and cooked this fast! Greek salad is excellent and a value at 2.99. Gluten free crust is an option for 2.00 more.
Considering there is no server, you save another 18 percent.

Good Pizza, Order Process Jacked Up. I've eaten at Maddio's twice, both times, pizza and Caesar salad was good. They serve Lusianne brewed sweet tea--a plus in my book!
What isn't so good--there is a lot of confusion behind the counter, e.g. the pizza maker is constantly repeating his "build" to another employee at the first register who has CRS. The guest believes they are ready to pay at the first register and then doesn't--this one is where the salads are ordered. Finally, at the second register, the guest pays. It's really confusing.
What is really bad--some of their food handlers don't know they cannot pull their pants and boxers up with food prep gloves on and then handle the food. One employee [kid] pulled his stuff up 4-5 times during the time we were going down the ordering line. My suggestions--buy a d*mn belt or pair of pants that actually FIT you, managers and other team leaders need to pay attention to these nimrods who don't understand Food Handling 101.
I'll go back--the food is good--but I'll also say something the next time I see this behavior.
Good. It's in the new Northshore Town Center at Northshore Dr and Pellissippi. It's like Qdoba, Chipotle, Salsaritas, where you tell them what you want on your pizza as you go down the line. They have a lot of good options and the variety is enough to please everyone. It's a good price as well. It's their first location in Tennessee.
Good fast casual place. This is like "Moe's burritos" style for pizza. They have a huge array of ingredients (even vegan and gluten free) and they will make a custom pizza and bake it in 6 minutes! The quality is very high for the price.

Pizza was perfect. Service was quick even though the line was out the door. Multiple fresh items to have pizza topped with. Salads and panini also offered.
