I came in to have a sit down lunch and only 1/3 of the dining room is open. I had to take my food to go and don't understand the reason. Keep in mind they do not require a wait staff for service. I will not return until the dining area is back to normal. At least the pizza was good, even if I had to eat it in my vehicle.

First visit to any Newks and very happy with what it was. The gentleman that greeted us set the tone for our meal. He was very energetic and had outstanding customer service. The menu was great with the variety of options from salads, soups and sandwiches. I had the steak and chimichurri sandwich with the broccoli cheese soup. The sandwich was heavenly. I should have gotten the whole instead of the half. The soup was above average but did not wow me like the sandwich. The inside was very clean and no funny smells. The condiment bar was beautiful. We almost didn't want to take a napkin because the display was so nice. I would recommend for a great meal and service. I will return.

Completely average in every way. From the flat and expressionless hostess, to the to-go only service, due to covid, resulting in cold food after a 10 minute drive home, to the mediocre enjoyment from my tongue upon eating it. Price point was also high for the portion:quality ratio.

Can't sit inside due to no staff. How about you pay them more and get staff? FFS. Also salad was old and nearly rotting. Avoid this corporate abuse chain, Newks is dead.
Just shockingly bad, wow. Sandwich couldn't have less meat lmao it's just bread.

I'm a fan of the 5 cheese pizza here. The place is nice, usually clean and if its not too busy food is pretty quick.

Paid $13 for a sandwich, chips and drink and no refills. Drink still full price and they fix for you and didn’t even fill it fully. Asked to top it off and they said can’t do that. Cool - I can’t eat here anymore either.
Also notice management responds to posts like they are addressing and will fix but don’t.

We had Newk's Catered to our work and they absolutely did an amazing job. The folks that delivered were super helpful and pleasant. The assortment of sandwiches and sides was more than we had expected. We fed 60 people and everyone was super impressed. thanks Newk's for overdelivering a great experience!

I really wish there were somewhere around here to get a good salad. I thought I would give Newk's another try since it has been a while. I submitted an online order for a full size Greek salad with no onions. It was convenient to pick up, but simply not worth the price for what you get. I ordered it online because I wanted a fresh salad prepared, not one of the Grab and Go salads. I am pretty sure they took one of the already prepared salads and just picked off the onions as a I found a couple stray ones mixed in. Also, 3/4 of the romaine lettuce was brown around the edges, the peppers were very dried out, cucumbers did not look fresh, and artichokes looked questionable at best. The chicken was okay, just very dry. I ate about 1/3 of it, and just didn't have the desire to finish. Someone please open a restaurant in Farragut that serves a myriad of salads with fresh ingredients that is convenient to order on the go. PLEASE!
