Awesome F L A V O R !
First impression walking in- no one yells loud, fake welcomes when entering. It’s quiet with light background music and you can relax when here and have normal conversations. No rush or pressure when you’re ordering (a big deal for me). More so than other restaurants, they rely on food quality, not gimmicks, as the draw.
The staff is subtle, absolutely helpful and friendly and they keep the dining area stocked and clean.
The food is phenomenal! With my first bite the explosion of flavor was incredible. As I made my way around the plate I completely enjoyed the experience. The pulled pork is (just-right) soft, melts in your mouth and only makes you sad when you realize you’re nearly finished. Topped it off with a slice of homemade pecan pie.
If you like BBQ and haven’t yet tried Dickey’s, give it a go. I left completely satisfied and think you will too.
Went for lunch, friend from work recommended the Tuesday Daily Deal, ribs, 2 sides (Mac n cheese, jalapeño beans)and a drink, fiance ate that, I did try the ribs, very juicy and tender. I had the Brisket Mac Stack with Onion Tanglers. Thought it was delicious and suitable for a lunch meal! Buddy that went with us had the Brisket burnt ends plate and that looked amazing! Quick food! Southern BBQ atmosphere even has an Ice Cream Station! Which was vanilla and very tasty! Would definitely go again and try other food!
Every single time we come here we have a great experience. The employees treat us like we’re greatly valued. They remember our orders from previous visits and always try to take care of us. We drive from Loudon to come to this location even though it’s 30 minutes away. Would highly recommend it over other BBQ restaurants in the area.
We ordered the pulled pork sandwich with barbeque beans and slaw. It was a little under salted but I would much rather add salt than for it be over salted. They had different sauces on the counter so you can add your own. They offer fresh lemonade which is nice. It has a fast food feel but a nice southern touch.
Texas still barbecue chain. The food was good, there are several options on meats from chicken to pulled pork and brisket. Prices are not too bad, plan between 10 to 20 a person.
I had the pulled pork and the brisket both of which were good, they were not dry. You have a choice of bbq sauce next to the drinks. Dessert options are a couple cookies, pecan pie, and brownies.
Staff was friendly.
Friends recommended this location and ooooh man was this great! We are from Ohio and we have nothing that can touch this. Fresh ,moist and flavourful meat with Great choice of sides.
I liked the BBQ sauce was an on the side choice so you could flavor the way you like. Great food and plenty of it.
Dickies is one of our favorites. The ribs were not quite up to the falling off the bone norm but still tasty.
This is the best place if you are looking for a great tasting brisket, barbecue or ribs and wonderful creamy spinich! We always take our visiting family here too. Can't beat the free soft serve ice cream!
