I haven't been to a chuy's in something like 25 years. I had fond memories and since moving to Tennessee wanted to try it again. First ordered a margarita on the rocks and it was perfect. Then came the food. I know this place is a chain and normally I try to find small mom and pop places to eat Mexican food but I have to say I was impressed. I had the chimichanga with the hatch green chili sauce. They did skimp on the sauce but what was there was excellent. The rice was done fine as well. Now I'm a big refried beans fan. Their beans could use some work but decent. All in all I'll be back for more.
