Updated 3/27/2022 Despite a hair on my last visit, gave this place another try..... received the wrong order. Paid for two sides of Mac and cheese and two sides of mash potatoes and gravy. Got one small Mac and cheese.. smh. This place never fails to disappoint. Why do I keep going back??? Updated 1/22/2022 Tried this place again, ordered a number 11, got home and was enjoying the macaroni chicken bowl until I found a 10 inch long black hair cooked into one of the chicken pieces, and wrapped around some of the macaroni in the bowl.. Absolutely done with this place..... negative stars. Original posting: I moved to Klamath 8 months ago and been here 4 times. This place has NEVER gotten my order correct, not sure why I continue to drive through there. I always pick up food, get home, unpack... only to ALWAYS have the wrong meal.

I haven't gone for "fast food" in quite a while but after a tough day decided to go for it. The crew at the store we went to on 6th Street were great. The young lady we dealt with was a new trainee and they are lucky to have her. She was awesome. The food was as good as I remember from the last time, which was quite a while ago, but the thing that really surprised me was how expensive everything is. I don't blame the store owner; it's part of the crazy time we are living in but to see a meal for 4 cost $40.00 dollars; I guess I should eat out more often. Or not. But as far as the staff and the quality of the food, they were great. Couldn't ask for more.

Did a mobile order - the web page said my food was ready. I went in and when I asked about my order being ready he just said "it's gonna be a while..." I said with a confused look, "my phone says my mobile order is ready." And he responds with, "we have run out of cooked chicken, so it's gonna be a while... about 20 minutes." Not gonna lie, they guy looked like he was in his late teens, frustrated, and a little overwhelmed, but he was NOT friendly or in any way having good customer service skills. A lady ahead of me in line called in 30 minutes ahead and they didn't put in her order, so she had to ask her taxi driver to wait 20 minutes while they finished up her food. The bathroom was also super disgusting, like a truck stop bathroom - it stank, and dirt was on the sink and floors, and it was out of paper towels. I am sure the food will be fine - it's KFC and they usually taste the same each time. But the service here needs a lot of help.

Standard KFC. Unusually long wait time on this particular occasion in the drive through. The Spicy chicken sandwich was AWESOME. The chicken piece in the sandwich was larger than I expected, very hot and very juicy. The spicy sauce was perfect. The fries are battered and taste good. The individual size was just a very small serving for the price. The famous bowls were good. I haven't been to KFC in awhile and the serving seems a little smaller with fewer chicken pieces. But it's still a tasty treat. I haven't tried their Mac n cheese before, but the individual size is TINY and it was not good enough to interest me in ordering again for the price. The mac is pictured to be saucy, but mine definitely wasnt.

Going to the drive-thru isn't very bad. But going inside reveals a bunch of not very happy workers. There's no smiles there's no liking their jobs there's only disgusted looks on their faces. Add for customer service and half portions of food like I only got a half a thing of fries it's just doesn't feel good.

Well walked in place was disgusting every table was very dirty my girlfriend had to clean table and chairs then while we were sitting down eating a female employee came out started sweeping the nasty floor right next to our table in between picking her zit scabs on her face we were appalled and took our food and left. This place needs heath inspected it's foul. F++++++++++++ we will never return to this KFC again......barf

We tried their chicken sandwiches. My wife had the original one, and I had the spicy one. I was very disappointed with the sandwich, as I was hoping that the chicken itself would be coated with a spicy seasoning. It was not. There was only a spicy sauce on the bun, and only a very minimal amount. I was very disappointed that they actually called it a spicy chicken sandwich. Will not purchase this one, again.
