Came in on 1-30-21 ordered 2 memphis burgers a pulled pork sandwich, and a brisket platter. My burger tasted dry and flavorless, there was no bbq sauce on the burger, the pulled pork sandwich had no cole slaw on it so they exchanged it for a brisket burger. The brisket burger fell apart but it did have a decent amount of meat in it.
The quantity of food is their but the flavor is absent. My roommate said her bbq brisket burger tasted like it just had a bunch of bbq sauce on it but no real seasoning.
There service is really good, they exchanged the pulled pork sandwich for free since they were out of cole slaw. They were very polite and patient but the food flavor just was not their. With a little prep work on the meat the taste would be a lot better.
My roommate says her stomach is now making unnatural sounds after eating the brisket.....
The sweet potato fries were awesome.

Went there with a group for my husband's birthday. Ordered appetizers ahead of time and they were ready when we got there. Delicious! Service was great, food was yummy and actually hot. Waitress even brought over a brownie for the birthday boy. Definitely will be going back.

The food was great! The service is great as well. It is sort of an out of the way place but the interior is pleasing. I ordered the ribeye steak with potato salad and baked beans. This I would certainly recommend as it was delicious. And more than enough

Had a horrible experience there. Service wasn't fantastic. However, it was better than the over priced food. The ice tea was so watered down it just looked like dirty water with no taste. The Salad was iceburg Salad mix straight out of the bag with ranch dressing that ran like water. I had fish and chips, reminded me of fish from Walmart freezer. My wife had the shrimp trio with only 2 different types of shrimp, her baked potato was so hard it wasn't edible. Our grandson who loves all mac and cheese even the cheap powder kind out of the box wouldn't eat his mac and cheese instead he ate garlic toast dipped in ranch. We asked if they had the chowder and was told they did to be told they didn't which was fine but one of the employees asked the cook if they should run out and get some Campbell's chowder. The table across from us didn't hardly touch their food before getting up and putting the money on the table left.

Damn good food. Don't remember the name of the waitress, but she was a very delightful young redhead with an equally delightful smile. She gave us a recommendation to try the gator bites. Delicious. So was the rest of our meal. Out of towners, but we will definitely be back. Please don't change.

Waitress was great. Do not order the Chicken Fried Steak unless you like a plate full fat. It took some time for my dog to eat it. Expensive for a small cup of beans and a bowl of mashed potatoes with nasty gravy.

We’ve been eating at Red’s for years, as they have been the only place in town where you could get great beef ribs and fried okra, but that ended this afternoon. As we were waiting for our go order of a half rack of beef ribs, our server brought us our fried okra. To our surprise, it was less than half of an order, so I asked our gracious server if they had reduced the price of their fried okra($6.99), as we were looking at an amount that, maybe, you’d pay $2.50 for, and she immediately looked over toward the cooks direction and said could you order up another one of those fried okra‘s and then brought it to our table. She said, apologetically, it all depended on which cook we got, and I thought to myself, really!? When we got home and opened our half rack ‘to go order’ of ribs, we were shocked to find only four ribs. Four ribs, Red’s version of a half a rack, for $18.99! ...you’ve got to be kidding!
If you must go to Red’s, I strongly suggest you ask and get clear up front, as to just how much (quantity), of whatever you want to order, are you going to get and then check your order, if it’s to go, before you pay. It’s sad, we’ve, more times than not, enjoyed the food and the service at Red’s. Not anymore, we’re done.

Redneck Red's is a 3 mile trek from the Microtel Motel where we stayed for a night so really convenient after a day's drive. Red's food was just delicious, the portions were generous and reasonably priced, and our server Jennifer was efficient, attentive, and fun. My wife ordered the taco salad and I ordered the Santa Maria salad. Both were great. The highlight of the Santa Maria for me were the fresh asparagus spears -- in late August no less! Kudos to chef Chato for the great touch. I don't quite get the restaurant name. Maybe a recent buyout? Whatever. Go there and enjoy.
