We ordered pizza delivery online while staying here in the gated timeshare community. Unfortunately I entered my phone number wrong so they couldn't reach me and after about an hour I called them and learned MY mistake and that the driver waited 20 mins for us anyway. We were on the road leaving Walmart so we stopped in and picked up our pizzas that were still warm and yummy and they they threw in a brownie for my mistake. Very customer friendly! Much appreciated!

This papa johns was definitely firing on all cylinders. It was really good and the ordering was super easy and they cooked up our order fast. Wish I had photos to post but pizza was gone so fast. They had good deal on five large 1 topping pizzas.

16 August 2021 - We're local and order from here all the time. In general it has good and fast service. Sometimes they are out of stuff, but apparently that's part for the course right due to COVID, etc.
However, I need to give an extra positive shout out today to Jasmine. (Name was on receipt.) picked up our order at 3:30pm, and apparently she was running the whole place on her own! Answering the phone, walk-in orders, and online orders. She was killing it. Super friendly too. I'm sure whatever you guys are paying her it's not enough! Two thumbs up.

Loved the pizza here.. The pizza's were absolutely fresh. They also acknowledged the order even though the place had stopped taking orders for the day. Best Papa John's I have ever been to.

I must say the online application for ordering was great, and the pizza was delicious, hot not overcooked ( as some others have done) it was really a good pizza, I was disappointed in only the fact that when our Local Papa John's Pizza in Kitty Hawk NC was closed, I lost all my points that I had accumulated, and I checked and I'm still looking for my points from my order last night.. but all in all, I didn't get sick with stomach issues, I didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes for it to be ready and finally.. those at the front were friendly and courteous. I will keep ordering Papa John's.. you really can tell the difference in the quality of the toppings, and though I couldn't apply my code to get a discount..It taste good enough to let that slip, but next time I am going to be sure that I get the price I should, it's a win, win " it means I spend more on other items. Keep up the good job, it can be hard during the tourist season, but so far.. your doing great ****

Excellent Pizza. The guy who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. However the reason for four stars instead of five is the guy that helped me at the counter when I picked up the pizza was obviously not happy to be there

I wish I knew the name of the people who made our pizza and the kind man who delivered it. This was THE BEST Papa John's pizza we've ever had in 20 years! We ordered half cheese and half with 4 toppings. The pizza was not only cooked to perfection, but it was cut to where none of the evil toppings touched our 9 year old daughter's precious cheese side. If this wasn't great enough, the delivery person was so kind and mannerly to my daughter who got to get the pizza from the door. Usually I won't let her because I'm a little overprotective, but I let her today and he was polite and thanked her. I saw he checked to ensure someone was there behind her too. I can't thank this location enough.

Called up and this very polite, friendly and professional employee named Josh answered. He took my order, saw it qualified for a deal and made sure I got it. His voice was very friendly and not the normal ugh what do you want most places have. My order arrived on time and correct. Infact I saw on my box the order sticker where they highlighted my drink to be sure it wasn't forgotten. Thank you, dinner was delicious and the process was pleasant.
