Bad Bean Baja Grill

First time in the Outer Banks. Stopped by Bad Bean Baja Grill for a quick bite. We were greeted by Jessica. She was very friendly and polite. We asked what she recommended and we selected the items she said she like. She was not wrong. The food was so good and the flavor was on point. Their hot sauce was great too. Highly recommend when you're in the Outer Banks, make sure you try Bad Bean Baja Grill before you leave. You will not regret it.

I came here after a long day of job searching/interviews. New to the area and was so hungry - I decided to stop here for a late lunch. What an experience! The food was phenomenal. From the taste, portion, and price. I had the kindest waitress - and was asked by a few other employees how my visit and food was. So far this place has been the best part of my move here. What a staple this is to the OBX - especially if you aren’t feeling seafood. I felt welcomed, taken care of, and fed. They also have the best Pinot Grigio too… must try if your vacationing or living in the area. Will definitely be back.

The entire family had a great time .. there was something for everyone, which was really hard . They are vegan, and we love our meat .. they also have a very good local beer selection to choose from . Personally, it was so much better than I expected and was very pleased with everything . Service .. Laurie was outstanding and the manager was a great kid watcher it couldn't have been better. Did a great job.. the one thing negative I have to point out is that one handicap parking space is not enough ..

The food is so fresh here. It’s absolutely delicious! You can never go wrong with the margaritas or Bloody Mary. They make their mixes in house from scratch daily. I love the Caesar salad add steak and you really cannot go wrong with any of the tacos. Highly recommend trying the ceviche and any specials they have. Always delicious. The staff here is amazing and the owners truly care about their employees and customers. Some of the best people I have ever worked with.

Food was good and it came out pretty quickly. Would highly recommend the burritos and would love to try the other options. Only issue with service that I had was even though we got our food we had to wait around for our server to let them know that we didn't have silverware, maybe 5 minute wait. Overall had a good experience.

This was a great find, the food was good and the service was good. I especially liked how all the art that is hung up on their walls is for sale. I had the chicken burrito bowl and my husband had the shredder burrito. The only thing that would have made this a 5/5 is if they had more seating. Otherwise, it was a great experience and I recommend it.

Absolutely love coming here for some great food. I’ve been coming here for many years and have never had a bad meal. The menu is always changing giving you knew options to try along with the drink menu. My go to is to start with homemade tortilla chips and dip and then chicken tacos. If you want dessert, my favorite is the sopapillas. Another suggestion to try is the soft shell crab tacos when they have them (they go fast). Love Bad Bean!

I found this place on a locals suggestion and went there for lunch. We ordered the house nachos with brisket and I got tacos. The nachos were really good nachos but what put them over the top was the pickled onions that come on them, I highly recommend them. I also had a pork belly taco and a pork taco. Both were also really good. The habanero salsa has really good taste and heat, very well balanced. Our server was great and we were also checked on by other employees. I will definitely go back.
