When Pigs Fly Pizzeria

Visited the bread store on this visit. Originally stopped to see if they had donuts stock turn out they only have fresh donuts on Saturday. Wonderful selection of artisan bread with a lovely staff and wonderful smelling store! Definitely grab the chocolate bread and a some Plain Jane peanut butter.

Pictures are two separate occasions over this last weekend. First, their tenders are absolutely amazing. I know, I know. Tenders, how special can they be? Well theirs are absolutely delicious, even for adults. The second thing we got was their Gyro which was on special. It was so ridiculously good! Definitely would have that again. Second trip we shared their Chicken Bacon Ranch Buffalo pizza, and the Ruben with a cup of Squash Bisque. The pizza was phenomenal, they don't skimp out on any of the toppings. The bisque was fresh and hit the spot. The Ruben was as good a Ruben as I've ever had. All was washed down with their freshly made lemonade and an Arnold Palmer. I would highly recommend either. This place has become a favorite spot to stop on the way to and from Moosehead Lake. We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Highly recommend!!

If I could give this place 10 ⭐ I would! My salad was to die for, the arugula was so fresh, fruit was perfect, the flavors of that salad hit every taste bud possible 🤤. The chicken bacon pizza was so much better than your average chicken bacon. The garlic, pesto & cheese were the perfect combination. I was amazed by the food to say the least. Out waiter was prompt & friendly, he never let my glass of water go empty. On the way out I grabbed a cookie from the bakery, I haven't tried it yet but I'm confident it too will knock my socks off. Even the bathrooms were clean & uniquely decorated. If you're in the Portland area give this place a try, you will not be disappointed. 🍕🤤😍🥗🍞

We absolutely loved our experience here. The drinks were good. The food was amazing. When ever we go out to eat it seems like our kids never eat, but all 4 kids ate their food! The homemade pickles were my favorite and the ranch dressing was probably the best I’ve had. The waitress gave us the best service we’ve had since moving to New England. It was nice to actually be waited on instead of ignored for once. I would 100% come back if I’m in the area again.

This is some real quality pizza with quality toppings that justify its price, I didn't think it would be justified at first but after enjoying a few delicious slices of the Buffalo chicken bacon ranch (14") pizza and letting it settle in my stomach I still feel like eating the rest of it, it didn't leave that bloated upset stomach or heart burn effect that cheaper pizzas usually leave. Definitely Coming back for more.
