Love this place and love the staff. I was stranded for a day and the openers and closers treated me so awesome. They were super sweet and I appreciate them. I wish I knew the staff's names but about 6 people helped me today, both men and women, and they were all fantastic!!! Thank you Dunkin!!!

Stopped by this Dunkin to get coffee and donuts, got what I asked for and that's it. The place was very clean. My order was done very fast. Everyone seemed very busy early morning.

Usual DD. Limited amount and tight parking spots, though. Be careful and be safe getting in/out of here, lots of speeding drivers on the main road.

Long line at the drive through. Since I was in a hurry to get to work I went inside. I did not like the kiosk for me to order but the young lady was nice enough to take my order and get it out as soon as possible. They were doing an awesome job for only 2 employees at morning rush!

Order in the app; pick up in the drive thru. They usually have everything ready in 5-10 minutes. The drive thru can get pretty busy during peak times; just got inside and pick up.

This is my favorite spot. The staff is super sweet and helpful. I always have great service. Sometimes you can wait a bit but its understandable with the short staffing in most places. But yes this is my favorite location. Thank you so much for your hardwork.

Love stopping by this dunks ! I’ve been in more than a few times and so far this is the best in our Kissimmee area ! The staff is always super friendly when I come in for a visit and this restaurant and it’s restroom is always clean. ( you can tell a lot about a restaurant by the way they clean their restrooms). The manager at this location has obviously made it a point to make sure guest are always happy.
