The food was fantastic and delicious. But……When we were almost placing the order with the guy that was at the registers he excused himself because another employee call him(Scream his name) and he had no option but to leave us waiting. About 4 minutes wait. Also, the floor was very sticky and the restrooms dirty and had drain flies.

It's been about 10 year's since I've been to a HARDY's. Food was a nice change of pace. Great service and the remodel from Long John Silver is awesome.
Wanted to try the new candied bacon biscuit but did not want egg and cheese. I asked should i order that or get the side of bacon and side of biscuit she said it was cheaper to order sandwich minus those items. Then the mgr who took my order in drive thru, she had them double my bacon since I only had bacon on it. What a nice treat!

The cashier received us with a big smile and even tho they seemed to be a lil short staffed they still had a very good timing. I would definitely keep going, I really felt welcomed there and unlike other fast food chains they were not annoyed about us or other people getting in the store
Great cashier super helpful the team in the back fast on orders and super friendly atmosphere. The employees are super nice. the place is super clean. there is parking for the handicap and easy for the to get into the restaurant. kid friendly the have kid meals awesome toys they have. The burgers and the fries are hot their really good come eat here everyone welcome to eat here awesome place.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this location. The staff is always incredibly friendly and kind to me. They treat me with a level of respect I don’t normally receive in food service and it’s why I’m now so much of a regular that they ring up my order as I’m walking in.

Great place to eat at! I was very impressed with the quality of the burgers and the service that they provided for me and all my friends. Definitely will go again but the next time will take my family to enjoy the amazing service and food.
Glad to have a Hardee’s back in Kissimmee, cashier was still learning. Order was correct and came out very timely almost before I sat down from filling our drinks. Food was hot and tasted just as I remembered. Will be returning. I’m sure service will get better with time as they just opened.
