Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’m really impressed with this Chipotle! I eat Chipotle a lot, and I must say that this location has been one of the best that I’ve been to! The staff was polite and friendly; no one seemed flustered about anything. I requested extra of a few toppings and they were very generous with them. And they actually had all of the ingredients!! 🤗Most often when I’ve been to other locations, they are almost always out of one thing or another, and sometimes multiple things! I want to commend this manager, because they are definitely doing a fantastic job! Well done staff!! 👏👏👏

Good food, pleasant staff, busy restaurant. This site is located just northwest of the intersection of Kissimmee Vineland Road and W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway (also known as US 192). It is located along the northwest side of the street. Traffic along the main street can make this a little challenging to visit. There is parking all the way around the building. The site has a sign that requires all people to wear masks inside the restaurant. We pre-ordered but decided to eat inside. As with many Chipotle, it was very busy and had a line of people waiting to order. It took longer than scheduled for the food to be prepared but it was correct. There is seating both inside and outside. For regular ordering, you place your order at the counter and follow your order down the line while it is being completed. You pay at the end of the counter where your order is complete. While we were there, I did not see any tables cleaned or floors swept or any staff available to accomplish these tasks due to the volume of customers. Overall, it was good food and pleasant staff. If you like Chipotle, then this is a good place to eat.

Went to dinner as we were hungry from shopping. A guy shouted no corn, no sour cream no cheese with his gloves on touching his mouth as he was making order. So nasty as it's already covid. The girls really tried their best as lines were long and did not see a manager on sight The entire place was dirty, counter where to pay had food all over it. Drinks area was sticky, no sweet tea, no lemonade. Sidas flat. It you run out of stuff close the place down
