The Downtown Deli

This place is a very welcoming place. First we go in there and get a sample, the gyros was very good, the owner is very funny and positive, he brings good energy to the place. He then tells us about a poem and how it can change your mind, then gives us free drinks for reading it. Definitely a spot I would love to visit again! This place is an opening eye for everyone, I would recommend anyone going here.

This place is a basic gyro place with sometimes a wait but the gyros…are amazing! The owner is awesome and a one man show so bring your patience but he makes hot sauces that have never disappointed and will often times offer up a free appetizer of pita with some garlic spread (with some of the previous mentioned hot sauce on the side to try) while you wait. Really the only thing on the menu is gyros but so worth it. We’ve been here multiple times and will be back many times in the future!

This spot is Amazing the owner was very nice and inviting! He even gave us a free appetizer and it was soooo delicious 🤤 if you ever visit The Fun Spot of America you definitely have to try the gyro; it exceeded our expectations and we were vacationing all the way from Chicago, so it gave us that piece of home that we needed especially after having a few alcoholic beverages 😂. Oh, It was even better warmed up the next morning! Definitely deserves the Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were extremely pleasantly surprised at how amazing this place is! The owner is so kind, welcoming, and generous. The food is so fresh, flavorful, and delicious! The gyro meat is the best I’ve ever tasted, so juicy and non-gamey! He also piled on the gyro meat, very generous portions. While the owner was preparing our food, he gave us a delicious Lebanese appetizer on the house, and also served on the side a scrumptious (VERY) hot sauce he had crafted that day. Apparently they make a new hot sauce recipe every day and give samples of it to everyone.

The BEST gyros I have ever had. The owner and his family are so friendly, kind and provide the best service. The gyros are delicious and they now have a gyro bowl which is exactly how I’ve been getting it for years. Delicious gyros at a great price with the best customer service from an awesome owner and family.

Where do I start. One the food was amazing. Gyros are out of this world and sooo big. The service was impeccable. Once we walked in we were greeted by George and his big ole smile. He gave us a sample and we where sold. IT was such fun and just a great experience. Ever in Orlando definitely stop here for your Greek fix. Note: He does not have soup.(somewhere online states he serves soup )But who cares when he's Making Gyros like this. Definitely worth every penny. THANK YOU GEORGE. FOR YOUR GREAT HOSPITALITY. And don't get me started on the pickles he hooked them up. 😁

Best Gyros in town! Delicious is an understatement! Definitely worth every penny and the owner is such a nice person. I recommend coming here and brining the whole gang. Family, friends, everyone! It's so worth it. If your vegan you have to try their Focaccia pita Bread. Every bite is an explosion of flavor. 100% recommend!
