One of the best local places for an amazing and great priced mofongo. They have plenty of other options, the farina is always amazing to have in the morning as well as fresh squeezed orange juice. They have hot food ready for serving and a separate line for those ordering off of the menu. They have baked goods as well, there is something for everyone here.
The food was absolutely amazing! It had an authentic and delicious taste. It was my first time visiting, and the staff provided exceptional customer service. I ordered a full plate of rice, chicken, and fried plantains, along with two sodas, all for just $12.00. It was a fantastic deal considering the generous portion of food. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
I visit this place every time I go to Kissimmee. The quesitos are perfect and always fresh. The choices are endless and service is great. 100% recommend!
Celebrating a birthday at 7pm with 10 people and most of us ordered mofongo for dinner. It was really good for the price, unbeatable. I love that they have so many food choices and desserts. Would always come back with my family to this location.
Baked goods were delicious, they also have plates that you can add-on to yourself which I love and they serve Delicious burgers, which is what I had on my first visit and now whenever I come back they still unsurprisingly impress me.
The best Puerto Rican cakes and desserts! Been getting all the cakes for my kids parties for a few years and never been disappointed.
Always awesome going in there to eat makes you feel like you're in P.R. for a minute, lol.. Food is great. The prices are even better highly recommend.
This place serves authentic Puerto Rican food. You can taste it. The line was sort of long, but that's what you get when you make killer food. I had the tripletongo sandwich with rice, and my wife had boneless chicken mofongo. The chicken was a little dry to be honest though.
We'll definitely be back next time we're in Kissimmee!

I absolutely love El Melao Bakery. This place is amazing and the food is incredible. I've tried lots of places, but El Melao is a step above. The atmosphere here is amazing. The staff treats you like family, and they are very respectful and courteous. The variety of different authentic Puerto Rican 🇵🇷 dishes is of the chart, so much to choose from, and you can also order "a la carte" from the menu. The prices are very reasonable and they give a nice portion of food. They also have a good variety of drinks from Puerto Rico like Malts, CocoRico, and Uvita "Old Colony." I came to visit my mother for 3 weeks and literally came to El Melao every single day, sometimes twice a day. The bakery side is amazing. The quesitos, guava pastries, flan, tembleque, cakes, guava cheesecake, and so many other sweets are incredible. Not to mention "pan sobao" fresh Puerto Rican bread baked daily. Did I mention that nice Christian atmosphere with music playing in the background. They even have their own radio station. There are 2 locations one in Kissimmee and one in Orlando. The only negative thing is that the parking is small and it can be hard to find a spot at times because it's always packed with people. But I guess that's a good sign. I love this place! I which there was a Melao in every city in America.
Got the pastrami sandwich and asked for no lettuce. When it arrived, it had lettuce. I feel like people who are not spanish speaking would have a hard time here. The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful.
