Ordered for Valentine’s Day, not really familiar with Indian food but my wife and I are completely blown away, we ordered butter chicken and tandoori shrimp with a few starters and desert. Delicious food. Will order again in the future.

Great place, food and service. Traditional decoration. Felt like was in India. Food is delicious and service is overwhelming. I loved their mango lassi.

1st time ordering: Ordered online from their website. Showed up at time advertised to pick up. They only saw our order when we walked in. Gave us the "oh! It'll be 10 minutes"...which slowly creeper to 40 minutes. 2nd time ordering: Ordered delivery over phone. Was told it would arrive in 35 - 40 minutes. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes. 3rd time ordering: Ordered for myself and a coworker. We both order vindaloos (mine regular chicken his mild lamb). They made mine mild and his spicy instead. Too bad as the food is half decent....that's why it's 2 stars instead of 1.

Another Indian Restaurant that doesn't quite deliver. Its in a nice spot and is a nice place to eat. On the plus side, it has a Tandoor and has Dosa on the menu - a big plus! However, the main dishes are bland and clearly cater for a perceived Canadian taste. This is just not the case! There are plenty of us who have experienced real Indian food and are looking for a restaurant that delivers it. Many of us like highly spiced food, but Indian food can be so much more without being bland and tasteless. If you have to dumb-down dishes for locals, then do so, but at least have a part of the menu that serves true Indian cuisine. Why not? I guarantee that this approach will significantly increase business turnover. I'm sure that the Chef is capable. My friends and I were looking forward to Namaste becoming our regular place, but sadly this isn't going to be the case and we will continue our search for the real thing.

Ordered delivery through food delivery service. Delivered within an hour. Easily my favourite butter chicken in Kingston, Panaak Paneer had huge delicious chunks of cottage cheese, and the lamb and biriyiani rice were really tasty. Fair portion sizes for everything and overall fantastic food. Highly recommended 👌

We had a reservation for 7:30. They only acknowledged us at the door at 7:45 and said they had no record of it, but they got us a table anyway. The restaurant phone wouldn’t stop ringing loudly every minute (they also did take out, but what would could cost them to put in silence?). Until 8 pm they only served us water, didn’t even ask our order for drinks. I was already annoyed by the phone ringing all the time and we just decided to leave. Terrible service and ambience.

Good value for price, very flavourful. Naan bread was soft, the butter chicken was savoury not sweet, which I really liked. Nothing bad to say about food, probably one of the best in town. I only gave 4 stars because I unfortunately am not able to rate customer service as it's not eat in right now and I ordered through skip the dishes.
