Come here regularly for years. The food is great. I love their ginger chicken. I see the reviews about the man behind the counter being rude, he's just straight to the point in my opinion. I don't mind him.

The food was excellent. I ordered the steamed shrimp and vegetables from the diet menu and had the spicy garlic sauce on the side. I should have been more accurate in ordering. Although my food was excellent, it was a little too spicy for my taste. I should’ve just ordered garlic shrimp.

The food here is definitely better quality chinese food than you can get at most of the chinese places around here. Portion size is basically the same as any other place. The customer service isn't the greatest, that's true but the beef ho fun is excellent. Fried dumplings are LARGE. The chicken and shrimp actually came with very big shrimp and lots of stir fry vegetables.
*Can't believe someone actually gave 1 star review because they called at 9pm asking for a delivery and were told they closed at 9pm. I mean most restaurants close at some point and stop cooking/delivering food....

Ordered hot and sour soup delicious only complaint is they don't use wood(ear) mushrooms.
(Maybe because of covid its not available)That's what is traditionally used. Still tasty and enjoyed the pork in it.
****update after reading terrible reviews I felt the need to add to this one.
I ordered through door dash my food was ready under 10 minutes and hot when it arrived. Also ordered chicken and rice soup which they had the rice on the side for which was very much appreciated considering it wasn't going to be eaten right away. They also conveniently had it in a box to make both the dasher and my life easier. Also wonton crisps I think they are to top soup off were delicious and they gave extra.

Freshest Chinese food. This is a very clean place. A little expensive but worth it because the food is high quality and never frozen. This is one place that is definitely not bashful to show your their kitchen and how clean they are. Love Peking Chef!!!

Authentic style Chinese restaurant. Great flavor that is not loaded with MSG. Well prepared and accurate to order. Pleasant and courteous staff. A great place to take a date, girlfriend or wife.

The best Chinese food in the area, a bit pricey for the amount severed. They had a problem serving our party of two at the same time, I was almost finished with my meal before my friend got their order.

Probably the best in the valley. Friendly staff. Their food is good quality. The breaded chicken such as Sesamee or General Tos, is actually breaded chicken. You know how a lot of places have chicken that is all breading and an unidentifiable inside? Peking Chefs chicken isn't like that. It's actually got chicken breast inside. They might a tiny bit more expensive but it is worth it.
