We are sitting on the drive through to get 5 drinks. We have been here an hour and still waiting to get to the window. This is a horrible place that is supposed to be a fast food place. But is the slowest place I have ever been. I can’t believe we had to pay for our drinks after waiting so long.

Showed up at 9:15 on a saturday morning ordering breakfast as we passed thru. We ordered 2 french toast stick meals a breakfast burrito meal , and a BEC toaster meal with a junior bacon burrito as well. It took them 45 mins to bring us an order that was missing the bacon burrito , the toaster was burnt , the breakfast burrito was wrong , and the french toast cold . after i informed them that they forgot the bacon burrito it took them 10 more mins to get it to me , so we were there waiting for an hour for what was the WORST meal i have ever gotten to any sonic. WILL NEVER RETURN .

Generally I like Sonic. This one in Kingston is an exception. I told them I had a BOGO coupon. They actually sent someone out to verify my coupon before taking my order. The order took a long time to be delivered even though they were no busy. Then to to it off the order was not correct.

The service recently has been very slow recently. I parked pushed the Red Button and it blinked for about 15 minutes before I stopped and went to a different parking place pushed the RED BUTTON and waited again about the same time as the last time. Finally went to the drive though and we got our stuff in about 5 min.

The worst sonic I've ever been too. Waited in line for 20 mins for 2 drinks but watched TWO cars behind me get their drinks first. We sat at the window for another 5 mins because the 12 year old running the place couldn't count 27 cents in change. All while THREE other employees decided happy hour was a good time to go on break, one of them a manager.

Slowest one I've ever been to five people pulled up after me and already got there food and and left I set up her 25 almost 30 minutes and get my food and it's cold
