The lady who made our sandwiches was super friendly and very attentive to what we wanted and went out of her way to accommodate us. It was a very pleasant experience and our sandwiches were amazing! :)

I like how they make the sandwiches in front of you and how you can get as many veggies as you want. But ever since my second sandwich I had (after not getting a subway sandwich since I got out of high school until just recently) My stomach hasn’t been feeling well. My stomach has been having terrible stomach problems that’s been lasting for over a week! I fear I may have been food poisoned and still suffering from it.

The girl behind the counter wore her mask hanging from her ears, not covering her nose or mouth. I was sure she would pull it up before she started preparing my order. When she did not, I left and went to a restaurant that actually cares about their customers safety.

We come here quite frequently and this time has been the worst. We both got the steak and cheese deluxe and well didn’t get the right portions in meat the portion the lady put on “as deluxe” wasn’t even enough meat to put on if it was a regular sub I should know I used to be a GM for Subway one thing I can say that I noticed while she was making my GF and I’s sub is she thinks she’s slick by only filling the meat scoop halfway I’ve always loved this location they usually do a really good job but this lady really needs to be retrained especially after I made the comment to her that, that wasn’t the right portion of meat and there wasn’t even any meat in the middle of the sandwich so she just brushed it around The sand which and moved on.

The food was actually good. I probably would of been back soon, BUT the service was awful, she said she was manager and made sure I knew her name was Ashley! I was treated so poorly, I can't believe she has slipped thru the cracks. Subway would never have such a awful manager. People take the time go to other Subway 🌼

2/20/20 2pm: Terrible customer service. I pointed out that “Italian” was misspelled in the display. “Well, we’ve had it up for 6 months and nobody else has said anything,” said the miserable employee. “Buddy, are you gonna get a sandwich or not,” said the miserable manager. I asked if she was having a bad day. “No! I’m having a great day,” she said cynically. The regional manager was present and didn’t even look at us but did admit that he would probably misspell ‘Italian’ too. I almost walked out but didn’t want to embarrass my friend.
I found out the lady next door at the vape shop was banned from this Subway for pointing out that their drink machines were leaking thru the wall. Whoever is running the show here, ANY employee / management would be better than what you currently have in there. Won’t be back.
