Food was amazing! I had the pulled pork sandwich with the vinegar sauce, hash brown casserole and mac and cheese. All of it was excellent and they give you plenty to eat. The staff and owner were all super courteous and when my MIL forgot her purse there they (we are traveling from out of state) found the room key when looking for identification and called the hotel to let us know she forgot it there. Where were from if you forget something you most likely aren't getting it back lol. Go get you some of the best bbq you'll ever taste and enjoy a great environment with awesome staff.

Very good food and a great atmosphere. There are indoor tables and outdoor tables. My family and I ate outside around 5:30-6:00 PM with a nice breeze and a small rain shower. It was wonderfully refreshing! We had a variety of offerings - from a half rack of ribs to pulled pork and chicken. I certainly recommend Phil’s Dream Pit!

Tried the ribs and my coworker had the brisket. He’s from Bama and I’m from Michigan. We almost always agree on what is good BBQ. We both walked away deeply disappointed. Ribs were way too tough. Partner said brisket was dry.

These are some of the nicest people I met on the road. They went out of their way to make me feel at home. Their food was very good. Place with a little small but very clean. And their ribs were Juicy and tender. And you must try their hash browns.

All of their meat is very good. They dont have many sides to choose from. Beans and slaw are good but the mac and cheese and potato salad could be better
