Subway

Very kind and professional team. Even when they were busy and running out of items, they kept their cool and were very polite to everyone. Mr. Sterling did a really good job leading/training his team while it was all happening as well. As a Restaurant Asst. Manger myself, I will say y'all have a great team and really great leader working there.

FYI they don’t close at 9pm, they close early even when people are still dining inside. The guy that was closing on 6/1/22 has made me sandwiches there before…. I wouldn’t say he’s a sandwich artist, more of a slap together a sandwich as sloppy as he can kinda guy. When I asked if they were closed @8:49pm on a Wednesday (as he was finishing up another customers sandwich and others were dining inside) he said “Yep we’re closed”, I was actually relieved because I honestly never want a sandwich he has made ever again. Even the customer that just got her sandwich said “wait it’s not 9:00pm yet?!” Just pretty disappointed in some of staff there. Primarily the guy that has “served” me the last few times. There are other people that work here and are fantastic! I have nothing but great things to say about the others. Please do a better job or quit so We can go back to enjoying the kingsland subway.

Horrid service, new kid (I assume) drenched my sub in sauces to the point I can't even pick it up, and shoved our 6 cookies into one bag and snapped them into pieces doing so (if I remember it's only 3 to a bag) and when we complained and told them to simply tell the kid to chill out on sauces and to slow down putting cookies into the bag, were given short responses and it felt as if they didn't even care to listen to our complaints.

No one answers the phone..Called numerous times and on multiple occasions with no one answering the phone so I could place an order for pick up..Walked in last week to place an order because no one would answer the phone..So while in the resturaunt I called the store while waiting to place my order and sure enough I hear the phone ringing..I was the only one in the resturaunt and still, no one answered the phone..So I asked the supervisor/manager why no one answers the phone..He stated to me that we do not answer after 8pm because we close at 9 and have to clean up..I stated that it's only 7:30..He stayed well we are just busy cleaning and needing to be done by 9pm.. I then asked the associate making my order the same question.. He stated that this is what the manager says to do..Don't answer the phone.... After looking at past reviews it seems I'm not the only one this happens to..wow .All I can say is poor service
