Chester's Chicken

The chicken is delicious there. The problem was that I ordered a #4 (buffalo chicken nuggets) for $4.69 and I received a #2 (4 piece chicken tenders). I don't know if she was new but she didn't seem to know what I ordered and wouldn't take them back and give me the correct order. Then we ordered 2-8 piece chicken only. They told us it would be 30 minutes. Why don't they realize that they don't have breast and legs available, and cookup some more. So we waited. Bad experience this day

Every time we are traveling through we learn to call to check to see if they have gizzards at this location, because they are some of the most laziest people. They never have them. I finally said do you guys ever have them? She said well on Friday it takes like 3-4 days to thaw out, she says. Well if you guys know this wouldn’t you know to take out the next batch nightly and take out enough to keep you on going! My goodness this is nothing but pure laziness! And it’s a shame to be messing up the owners finances and business not to mention jeopardizing your employment! SMH!! Oh and the awesome gas station Loves because now we are not stopping to get diesel gas or shop there.

We really enjoy stopping at Chester's in so many of the Love's locations and find consistently good food. Their standards keep the chicken good at every location we have been to. I must say that this Kingman, AZ location did not disappoint, and actually exceeded. Yes, it's simply chicken tenders, freshly cooked, but when some of your other choices are just another burger, the chicken, when freshly cooked, juicy and tender, keeps you going while on the road.

My child has allergies to certain ingredients. We asked if we could get the ingredient list, the employee was extremely rude and said she couldn’t give it to us even after we said she has allergies (it’s a “secret”). We asked if it at least had those ingredients and she, again, said she couldn’t tell us. I’ll never give them our business.

We travel to vegas and back a lot. This is our favorite chicken place. But we have officially decided to not continue coming here. Staff is never friendly and the food just keeps getting worse and worse each time we come. Last 25$ I'll spend for my family to be disappointed with their meals and having to spend money at the gas station to feed them.
