Wendy's

The restaurant was sparkling, no line so I got my order in right away. The frosty was thick as usual, I used it to dip my fries. My Big Beacon Classic burger was hot and had just the right amount of sauce to combined the bacon and meat to perfection. My mouth was watering as I was eating it. So delicious!

The rudest customer service I probably received in a long time, she snapped at my husband about having to wait becuse they are busy...yet we were just standing there patiently waiting. Crispy chicken sandwiches were all right and the fries were actually pretty good. Stopped to use the restroom and that was probably a mistake because it was disgusting. A lot of garbage on the ground outside as well.

I ordered on Uber eats. My large frosty was over half melted. My double stacks were cold as can be. Like they been sitting for 20 minutes waiting to be picked up. Paying 36 dollars for food that's cold is ridiculous. All our food was cold and the ice coffee was warmish hot. This is totally unacceptable. Y'all should be ashamed of this.

I drive a semi truck . That I park across the street st the truck stop Than I walk over to your restaurant in hope that the lobby is open.Your hours on the door are never correct. I've even called to ensure the restraint lobby would be open. I was assured it would be. But when I arrived, parked then walked over. Only to be told the lobby was closed. No accommodations have ever been made.As a matter of fact the cashier told me to drive my truck through the drive thru cause they cant serve if i just walk around and order ,We all know the outcome of that. It happened few times to me before I write this, and always when I get there, there are other truck drivers that they took the exist specially to get wendy's ,struggled to find a parking spot for their trucks to be turned back cause lobby is closed and they are not driving to be served at the drive thru ,I'm asking that your store and staff are accountable. I'm asking that honest customers aren't turned away. Now I mentioned that I drive a truck And if I'm not mistaken that's how you receive your deliveries. Please fix this...
