Jack In The Box

I have never had an issue with this Jack in the Box. As a delivery driver for multiple apps, I frequent this Jack in the Box often. Today I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo and everything on the order was correct except the chicken sandwich meat was old, hard and I couldn't even eat it. I hope this Jack in the Box doesn't start going down hill, as it's been my go to for a quick bite to while working. Not sure what happened with the chicken maybe old/bad oil but it was the worst chicken sandwich I've ever received.

Mixed opinion on this place. Staff seems very confused or not properly trained. Long wait times. I visit quite often because of their 24/7 breakfast and great menu items. I just prepare myself for a "interesting" experience. I have seen some employees eating french fries out of the prep area. But no one is twisting my arm to eat there.

I'm not one to nit-pick food establishments, as I was a chef for many many years and know things are not as they appear sometimes. I will always give the benefit of doubt to the operation, especially in such a difficult environment currently. Went in today at around 3pm. The place was wrecked. Dirty tables everywhere, all trash bins overflowing, so many tables still had the last guests trash left on the tables. Beverage machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in more than a day. Kitchen was visibly dirty, lots of trash on the floor. One cook was opening eating and drinking while preparing food. Could overhear another cook laughing that the freezers were not working correctly. There were only two staff when I came in, three more came back in after about 5 minutes, so I assume they were all out back. Clean the place up when you get a minute after the lunch rush. That mindset starts with management leading the way and helping their staff.

Definitely un-equality business. Petty nit picking is why customers are waiting 30 min for a simple hamburger. They abuse one of the simplest jobs on power trips??? It’s Jack in the Box! No need for the drama so manage not abuse authority. Not like you needs AA, BA or MA sorry but grow up. Treat employees fair to avoid the customers having to wait a ridiculous time for there food.

I got oil soaked, cold beef tacos that seemed to have never touched a frier. They looked horrible but once I convinced myself to just try a bite I wanted to throw up at how cold and chewy it was. They were out of 2 other things I tried to order so all I got was the 4 tacos and I waited over 40 minutes stuck in the line because its one lane and you end up trapped and can't decide to leave once you realize they're gonna take an hour for 3 cars.

The only good manager is the lady that works mornings at the window. The rest are pretty bad, refused to give my corp phone number. Had to wait almost 40 minutes in drive thru line with just 3 cars ahead of me, and waited 10 minutes at the window while i sat there they were having just fun and could careless about the wait in drive thru.
