Little Caesars

One of My better little Caesars experiences. Out of all of the Little Caesars that I've been to, this one is probably the best. The staff members were very kind and courteous, The food was fresh, And above all else it was all delicious. I know working in the food industry isn't easy so I was sure to leave a tip that was about half of my total order cost. I will be returning for some more bomb food when I don't feel like cooking.

Pre-ordered my pizza on-line for a later pick-up. I show us right at about the estimated time given, and nothing is ready. There was like one other person there. Then after a couple minutes, roughly 20 people have amassed in the lobby area. Nothing is going into the pizza portal (which is where my order should've been way before this point) and customers are just standing around. So, either the workers are that slow, or the on-line ordering system is a joke. Why would you allow that many orders to have essentially the same pick-up time? Or the other option is, they couldn't manage all the walk-in orders with the phone orders with the on-line orders. After nearly an HOUR of waiting past my designated pick-up time, I finally got my order... That I had to ask for! Not sure who is in charge at this place, but it's lacking leadership and needs to get its act together.

This place is everything I want in a pizza place! pizza at a great price, ready when you want it, a great app that makes it easy to order, and the ability to pick up my order without having to wait in line or bug the workers. I know cheap pizza can get a bad rap, but I honestly can't say enough good about this place and the pizza. Yes it's nothing fancy, but its always cheap and good

Friendly staff, cashier rockwell L. and the young lady working with him are on it with the order they both deserve 5 stars each. Im just disappointed that i waited 1 hour for one pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. The pizza had a really thin crust that it fell apart and it wasn't cut right. I understand that y'all where busy all day but please do better.
